Today's special guest all the way in his awesome office in Trenton NJ is Brandon Israel. I don't know what to say except that he has a heart of gold and always wants to provide value. He is an investor and wholesaler in the Trenton area who does around 5-7 deals a month with ease. He has been in real estate for a couple years now and through his hard work and determination has been able to retire himself from his 9 to 5 job and create his own platform to help others achieve success in real estate as well. great interview guys! Definitely was educational for me as I don't focus on wholesaling in my business. Brandon I really liked how you talk about speaking to other investors/Landlords about building confidence and making a transaction mutually beneficial for all parties.
