@kenkonwick6660 no he's not? Tomlin has the 23rd highest win percentage ever (63.7%) and only 5 coaches ahead of him have been head coach for longer than him. Most of the people ahead of him were head coach for less than 10 years (11 of them). He's got the 12th most wins all time and everybody ahead of him has several seasons on him. One of the reasons his playoff percentage is lower is because his team over performers and sneaks into the playoffs. But yeah, he's not as good on the playoffs, but he's also had to deal with Ben flaming out hard in the playoffs after 2011 almost every year.
@danieldaw1778 dude, mist of his above .500 team wins were with Bill Cowhers players his 1st 2 years in the league. His super bowl win was with those players. Going from a qb with a 6-4 td/int ratio to one with 26-8 and it only being “barely an increase” in qb play should be enough to question his ball knowledge

great breakdown. Im far from a steelers fan, (E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!) but this is not only informative but entertaining. NFL content is hit or miss, this is a hit.
The Steelers were a playoff team last year. Then, in the offseason, they maintained all of their strong positions while getting better at all the ones they needed too with #2 receiver being the only exception. Why everyone thought they were going to be bad is beyond me. Predicting the steelers' utter demise has been trendy the last 5 years.... one would think people would catch on.
Lol @ Dave Rooney. Everyone who's run the Steelers has either been named Art or Dan. Other than that, I very much appreciate this video and this take. Big up!
Steelers will never over pay for a free agent! Actually they are opposite they wait until the other teams get desperate and steal free agents. They got Russ and Justin for a pack of peanuts 🥜 😂… ! Thanks Denver!👌🏼🤷🏻♂️
Everyone needs to understand that one of the dynamics of a SB team is not only to have a Coach, and QB and a D...but he Coach and QB have to have a very good working relationship. There are other pieces. But that has to be the case. Russell and the Denver coach...that coach didn't like or want Russell early on. It was setup for failure. I would contend I would venture to say that Sean Payton is probably the problem there. Sean can coach, yes. But that doesn't mean he wasn't the problem. He may have been spoiled by certain things he saw in Drew Brees. Russell isn't Drew. I would rank Drew higher, but also very different. Russell is smart and can game though. Sean didn't channel his head in the right way to work with Russell. AND, it is distinctly possible that Sean was spoiled with Drew...Sean might not be that good of a coach. Sometimes players elevate the coach. Let's be honest. Chuck Knoll fits that description. He deserves credit but holy hell did he get stacked with talent. And he almost ran off Bradshaw, but got his mind right with Terry just in the nick of time for them to work well together for at least a period of years. There is no question that Tomlin is a very solid coach, and that he has Russell's back. That frees up Russell to execute and build relationships with his team. Especially the line. It is working. Given pre Denver and post Denver Russell results so far...Denver's enviornment and mostly the coach was most likely the problem...just the fit. Denver might be healthier too. But I am suspicious that a serious contention in Denver will be with a different coach.
I honestly think Russel Wilson is doing good again because hes comfortable on a somewhat stacked team with good coaching and by good coaching I mean they are nice to be with and don’t yell at him much or anything. He literally had nobody on the broncos offense to work with besides Courtland Sutton and we literally saw Sean Payton screaming at him during the lions broncos game last year. Now he has George Pickens, Mike Williams, and Pat Feriermuth to throw the ball too along with Mike Tomlin who I doubt we’ve seen any red flags with him and his quarterbacks.
The biggest thing you missed was from 2020 to 2024, the Steelers had the worst Center & Right Tackle in the NFL making the O-Line the worst for 4 consecutive years. Omar Khan drafted 3 O-Lineman in this past year’s draft. 2 of which are currently starting. This is why outsiders completely misdiagnose the Steelers.
Have to disagree regarding the skill positions. The talent has been there, the same problem that has plagued them since 2020, and hit a bottom last season, the O-line. Yes, they have improved but it was a different line up each of the first six weeks. Theae guys are FINALLY starting to gel. Actually, the way things went may be a hidden blessing. Fields i believe still can develop into a good QB. He was definitely beneficial to have, with his legs, while the line was under performing. Now that they are starting to gel, it is showing. The geme against the skins broke a 3x streak of hundred yds for Najee. Pickens was our really only elite level talent for receiving. As good and fast as CAtIII is, his size will always limit him to some extent. Now, addring Williams should loosen coverage that much more. With the vertical game now being a bigger threat, again will get some players out of the box and open up for better running.
After the 11-0 start in 2020, we started dropping games, starting with the Washington Commanders, 20 - 14 lost, led by qb Alex Smith of the commanders, we started getting plaque with injuries, we lost Bud Dupree along with Devin Bush, then Robert spillane, these were key pieces to our defense, we played so hard through out the winning streak, we dropped a game against buffalo and Cincinnati along with Cleveland and Cleveland again in the first round of the playoffs.
Dude, it's a really good video, and It was very informative. However, I did not enjoy your Webcam it's pretty low fps. Besides that, though, pretty good vid I subbed.
@@KrichProductions*Team lacks talent is what you said. And I quote. WRONG. The skill positions were all young players growing and winning despite a system designed by a JV coach in Matt Canada and QB play that was below average to say the least. And again the Offense was one of the youngest in the league. Give the Offense a veteran QB, and a damn good OC like Arthur Smith and boom!! George Pickens is a Top5 talent at WR. Freiermuth is one of the better pass catching TEs in the league and a YAC machine at TE. The RB tandem is maybe the best, if not the best, Top3 in the NFL with Najee & Warren. How many other teams have a 6'9 290lb TE who looks like a tackle but catches passes like former Pittsburgh TE Eric Green ? The #3 RB is a Hall of Fame "hybrid player who gets 6.5 yards a touch in both run and pass game. And Calvin Austin is one of the fastest 4.32 players in the league who just hits HomeRuns*
When he said that I was like yeah bro has no idea what the hell he’s talking about, either that or he has just started paying attention to the Steelers in the last couple weeks
Tomlin is acting born-again, he's finally got an OC that's on the same page, and a QB he doesn't have to worry about. You can tell he's "feeling it" in the way he looks, in the way he walks, and by what he's saying. He can concentrate on solving offensive schemes, his forte.
I'm very proud of my Steelers, we had our ups and downs, the pass two seasons, were disappointing, because Omar Kahn really got involved, and on paper we were super bowl Contenders, and such disappointing outcome of what we didn't expect, I just hope we can continue to flourish and win games, because we well deserving.
Ravens defense is 27th in the league! Jets and Giants have better defenses , they are ranked 7th and 17th respectively. Steelers: 8th. Russell and Najee will annihilate that team 😮💨🤞
Russ looks like he's turned back the clock five years in these first few starts. If we can stay healthy and he keeps up this level of play we should be a real problem in January. This is the most excited I've been about my steelers since before Ben's elbow injury
I kept my expectations ungodly low coming into this season cause of the sheer amount of turnover on offense. Wasn't just the new QB's who had to learn a new offense, everyone else had to as well. And working behind a mediocre o-line at best. I still anticipated 9-8 cause of how damn good the defense is. I just wanna see a f*cking playoff win again
We're gonna be regressing to that early season talk after this Sunday real quick. Steelers haven't played a single divisional game yet, just feasting on that 3rd place schedule.
First off, I would love a Steelers vs lions SB. I would prefer the lions win tho. Second, what’s everyone’s opinion on Justin fields and his performance during those first six games? Seems he’s doing better than when with the bears.
Yes, the offense lacks talent but many fans want to put all that blame on Tomlin, when in reality, the Owner, GM, Asst GM, Scouts, HC, other coaches are all involved on getting that talent

This is the stretch that’ll really show how good this defense is and if Russ can get them there facing tough teams. Never been a Steelers fan but I can’t wait to see it, good luck Steelers fans! I’m rooting for a 7th ring just out of respect
This is a well produced video and you communicate really clearly Krich. Looking forward to seeing more from you 🤙🏻

Ref at 9:35 thought Dak was bouta punch him😭😭😭
Dude there is no way Colin Cowherd really thought Tomlin would be a sports analyst by next season 💀💀💀
He’s a Diddy attendee
shout out Tony Dungy mane, he knows ball
Everyone remember that coach T didn't have a losing season while having Matt fing Canada as the OC.
Bills and Ravens every year, Allen and Jackson every year get crowned only to choke each time to KC and Mahomes
Russ averaging 10 more points per game! We can’t win kicking field goals . Yes we might need field goals but not every possession.
THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT SAID FROM THE START! FIELD GOALS ARE GOOD BUT YOU GONNA HAVE MORE THAN A 12 OR 15 POINTS FG! THEY NEEDED TD AND RUSS ARE GOING TO THROW THE BALL AND IT'S PAYING OFF! EXCITED STEELERS FAN! 😅😅
Ehhhhh we can win kicking field goals lol
You sure?
You can definitely win kicking field goals. Pittsburgh has done it 2 times this year and the 98 Ravens won a Superbowl practically kicking field goals all year!
To say Justin Fields is carrying the team might be the craziest thing I ever heard anyone say he on the bench for a reason
Going from a qb with a 6-4 td/int ratio to one with 26-8 and it only being “barely an increase” in qb play should be enough to question his ball knowledge
The last time we were
in the Super Bowl, I was 5.5 months old in a polamalu jersey. 14 years later and now I’m excited. I want my first Super Bowl win in my lifetime.
As a Seahawk fan, I’m ecstatic how Wilson is playing my second favorite player behind Steve Largent. Hope he wins the Super Bowl and now he’ll be a Hall of Famer great job love your receiver number 14.
How do you make a Steelers video and say they struggle against the ravens???
Everyone struggles against the Ravens. The Ravens are the most consistently dominant team over the past 25 years. It's amazing they've only won 2 Superbowls.
Who is this "legendary Dave Rooney" to whom you refer at 14:50 ?
From a Steeler fan this was put together really well. This probably took alot of research for the timeline if you aren't following the team. Respect.
great breakdown. Im far from a steelers fan, (E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!) but this is not only informative but entertaining. NFL content is hit or miss, this is a hit.
Damn this comment made my day appreciate you brother!

10:15 editor note, GEORGE PICKENS announced wilson starting lol
The Steelers were a playoff team last year. Then, in the offseason, they maintained all of their strong positions while getting better at all the ones they needed too with #2 receiver being the only exception. Why everyone thought they were going to be bad is beyond me.
Predicting the steelers' utter demise has been trendy the last 5 years.... one would think people would catch on.
When you have 2 ohio teams in your division youll never be last
Dan, its Dan Rooney and Art maybe. Definitely not Dave lol.
Dan* Rooney.
Field's was always #2 this was never a question. Russ got hurt so that's why he started
Very cool content keep up with the great work and keep pushing through the grind and stay positive and hope your journey goes super good
It would be nice to see Tree happy. They do feel a little less fake this year.
They disrespected the steelers
A lot of them analyst need to be fired !
Best piece to this ream is Coach Smith, nice hire by Tomlin and Kahn. Great OC with a Veteran QB.
Nobody is talking about Pittsburgh special teams. They have been stellar
Shout out to dungy✊🏾
Dude, it's a really good video, and It was very informative. However, I did not enjoy your Webcam it's pretty low fps. Besides that, though, pretty good vid I subbed.
Appreciate it! And yea upgrading that soon come the holiday season and can get some good deals!
@KrichProductions I hope so lookin forward to new videos from ya bro. 🙏
Well we are 8-2 Top of AFC North #SteelersNation🤞🏾💪🏾🖤💛
This is a great podcast 🎉❤😊

Lions vs Steelers superbowl🗣️🗣️🔥🔥
Steelers do have the skills to compete, wat he's talking bout😂
When he said that I was like yeah bro has no idea what the hell he’s talking about, either that or he has just started paying attention to the Steelers in the last couple weeks
@striderstache99 👍🏽
"That's why I'm well compensated"
Griddy on the haters no one believed in the Steelers when the season stared
Pittsburgh is a complete team. Special teams, defense and now we finally have an offense.
Ravens defense is 27th in the league! Jets and Giants have better defenses , they are ranked 7th and 17th respectively. Steelers: 8th. Russell and Najee will annihilate that team 😮💨🤞
I know that they have a easy schedule but they are back!
Kenny Pickett was NOT a strong prospect lmao
Russ looks like he's turned back the clock five years in these first few starts. If we can stay healthy and he keeps up this level of play we should be a real problem in January. This is the most excited I've been about my steelers since before Ben's elbow injury
“Make sure you record this” @0:27 sure brother for sure 😎
Oh-gun-joe-bee. This is how it is pronounced but you did it really well
Appreciate it!
Here We Go!!! Let's get it, Pittsburgh!!! 🏈
Here We Go Steelers 🚀🚀🚀
i said 11 wins was minimum coming into the season
We're gonna be regressing to that early season talk after this Sunday real quick. Steelers haven't played a single divisional game yet, just feasting on that 3rd place schedule.
First off, I would love a Steelers vs lions SB. I would prefer the lions win tho.
Second, what’s everyone’s opinion on Justin fields and his performance during those first six games? Seems he’s doing better than when with the bears.
This guy does not know ball, remember last year Russ had 27-7 td-int ratio not a horrible season at all
Only a non ball knower would call a ball knower a non ball knower... ya know?
Ben DID NOT PASS ON OR ENCOURAGE THE STEELERS WAY. Especially, With Mason Rudolph. Embarrassing!
Welcome to Pittsburgh Mike Williams!
Been telling yall
Colin cowherd has made a career out of being a clown
Jamal Agnew is another solid pick up
Tony Dungy knows
♥️🌟🖤🐝💛💪💪
Tony dungy looking less and less crazy huh ? Now with Mike Williams it’s on
Win at least 1 playoff game then we'll talk. Win the superbowl and I'm ready to eat crow.
Yes, the offense lacks talent but many fans want to put all that blame on Tomlin, when in reality, the Owner, GM, Asst GM, Scouts, HC, other coaches are all involved on getting that talent
I'm saying it now.... Our hardest game left is the Eagles...
