Nd also tell me that how to take care of this one so that it will work last long.
I have read some reviews in which buyers have written that it stops workin with in a year nd its machine gives sounds but doesn’t floss water ....is there any specific prevention like we should clean with anykind of oil or lubricant.
Also tell me that if it is out of warranty then can we get the payed home service for this one.

All these are "disposable" products. Have you ever seen a service center for any of these products that are sold in India? Not a single brand has a service center. Except for Panasonic, the rest are poorly designed.

I just saw the keynote, I don't think there's any point buying it. Mein kisi bhi apple product Ko purchase karne ki suggestion nahi dunga. You can buy 2 devices with similar performance that of Apple at the price of 1 Apple device.
But if looking for Apple watch only, then series 4 is better value for money compared to series 5.
