I think she might have more power than she's letting on; if she can rewind time in succession, and not just once every extended period of time, that places her above the Angels from Dragon Ball, and the only other fighter above them is their father the Grand Priest. Basically, she'd be on par with the strongest being in the strongest series in all of fiction. In other words, VEL IS MASSIVELY OP.
