11:20 The guy isn't weak and the door he's kicking isn't that strong. You gotta realise that frame the door is hinged to isn't as stable as if it was attached to a house wich is more stable. When He's kicking the door you can notice the frame move back and forth and that causes au energy to be dispplaced and momentum to be lost. If it was attached to a house or a stable wall he would have most likely broken the knob because the frame of the door isn't moving and the energy isn't displaced and is concentrated around the door knob. I don't know why they didn't think about it during their presentation.
