Great sprayer, drove similar for a contractor for many years, light footed and quicker forward speed, slide sprayer off and put fertiliser spinner on, ours was powered by a VW TD Golf engine.
Wouldn't worry about being in the tramlines on wides and until March/April. Move over half a metre and spread the load of where you run. No need to be in the tramlines until the row crops are fitted.
Best of luck with your cracking Moon buggie.🙃😜😆. Looks a nice machine and nothing wrong with a bit of landy thrown in. 😁.. get some sound barrier / noise killer on that floor and you'll be glad you did.. 6 stud axles .. merlo? . Sure you'll have fun sitting in front of the steering axle any how. Stay safe 🏴
Looks a good addition to the farm. We have two sprayers a knight trailed 3000 ltr and a self-propelled Bateman for the lavender which could be used if needed on the arable land. Great video and good to see your Dad. Regards to the family
I reckon the way the climate is going we'll see more mild, wet autumn/winter/spring seasons, so this machine will come in very handy. Nice to see Dad again. You should produce a youtube channel for him too, "Flight Club with Dad" or something!!
Great walk round, Nick, very interesting. I would like you to do something similar with Dad’s aeroplane.
Hey Nick, the sprayer reminds me of something from space 1999 😂 classic 👌🏼
Haha I know what you mean!!
Nice to see your Dad so excited about this😊

Don’t worry about being slightly out on the tramlines that thing is definitely light enough to be fine

Hi nick I think I would take the booms of the old sprayer and use it as a mix tank to speed up the spraying
Great to see your new toy nick, dad seems happy with it. Hopefully it goes well for you especially come spring time.
Yeah fingers crossed we get on well 👍👍

Best of luck with the new sprayer nick
Thanks!
Looks like a landrover transfer box. I'd say it's a lt230 transfer box with landrover driveshafts.
Nice machine. I'd use that as our front line sprayer
Got to love a new toy 😀
Absolutely!
Looks good and your dad seems pleased with it. Could you widen the track a bit with spacers behind the wheels?
I think we may be able to yeah 👍👍
A nice Bateman be cracking for you Nick 👍👍👍

Haha it’s a strange thing but it’s growing on me 😂😂
Dad's obviously been doing his homework on this machine he's very knowledgeable about it 🤔👍 hope it's a good machine for you 👌
Thanks Bob 👍
This size sprayer very popular with potato growers as so light
Basic is good easy to fix👍
What ever happened to nicks farm , no videos in a long time. Always loved his videos I hope they are ok
If it's land rover axles you can get 30ml wheel spacers
Great video Nick very nice just needs a pair of terra tires 😉😉😉😉🤣 how wide is this
As long as it’s fit for purpose gents that’s all that matters I think it looks good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Never seen them before. Dare I ask what it cost ?
That defiantly is a Land Rover transfer box
Its well tidy for its age.
Farm near me had a agri buggy think that had a Ford escort na engine
Get some 40mm wheel spacers made.
