Hi Vibhor, Undoubtedly very good video.Clear & Crisp pointers. The problem i confront with my
higher management, they thhink if my Team is not increasing story points delivery then it is a
low performing team and i am not a good scrum master. Is a increasing trend in Story point delivery a measure for a team and Scrum Master performance?Your views please.

No it's not but at the same time management thinking that way is not something we can blame on them and get away with. We need to provide education around how this works and that's the reason why a good grasp of soft skills are so important for this role

Can you please help me in the below query

Business value delivery(monetisation ) - involving PO with sales should be done every release ? Or how often ?

Hey Vibhor, In my team all are respecting each other and courage to give their opinion. Hence I get a feeling I don't need a psycological safety check for that team . Am I right here.? Also let's say if I am doing it dor an other team and finds somebody is on a lower scale. What's my next step? Is it one on one counseling? pls let me know your thoughts

Hi Prejith, excellent question my friend. I'd suggest you do and create a baseline. That way you'll be certain where your team is and there is little guesswork. For your second question, one person with a low score or with feelings that make him think he's not welcomed can bring the entire team down. The whole team needs and responsible to make him feel at home. Hope that helps.

@@VibhorChandel Thank you. This helps. Shall i ask you one more quickie? I am not having any programming background hence i always think twice before asking team why the story is not done yet etc.. becoz i understand its simple to ask but tough to do technical coding and complete the story. how to get over this? any tip and tricks pls? btw, i am good at framing questions in a polite way so that it doesn't look like i am ordering anyone.

@@samtimy As a Scrum Master you should not ask the team if a story is done or not. Let them self-organize. Instead, focus on the completed vs committed user story pattern across multiple sprints. If the team is continuously not completing the stories they are committing to then bring it up in retrospect and coach them on how to estimate.

@@VibhorChandel thank you again. I did exactly the same today in my retrospective and found the problem lies in slicing down to small stories and also need improvement in refinement sessions
