I google-translated some of the comments and found the following:
1) English comments: usually positive
2) Japanese comments: usually positive
3) Korean comments: almost unanimously negative and often mean
I like k-pop and admit that Chinese pop music at present is no comparable, but hey, can we be decent. Being condescending doesn't make anybody a better person or your country a greater nation. Criticism is fine, but please don't be mean.

I haven't followed comments here. So I don't know what kind of negative comments are here.. but what I can tell you is that this is an old K-pop from over a decade ago. Even dance is homage to the original dance to this song. I'm wondering if Koreans are commenting on Chinese media copying Korean media without permission. Chinese government banned Korean entertainment from China as punishment for allowing US to install missile defense system in Korea, claiming that the radar that's used for such installation can be used to spy on China. As a result, Chinese people are consuming Korean content illegally while being overly crititical. For example, when there's a Netflix release of Korean movie, Chinese people will react quite feverishly. But how did they even view it when Netflix is illegal in China? And if you are pirating the content, how can you have the audacity to criticize in any manner? Anyway, that's the current state of entertainment industry in Asia.

And if we look deeper into it, we'll find out that most english positive comments are just being honest, most japanese positive comments are just being polite since they seldom say what they truly think and most korean comments give a d*mn about what others will think about 'em so they hurt others on purpose (I'm from Mexico, we also give a d*mn but we don't hurt others on purpose, we hurt ourselves, our own mexican people, 'cause you know, cartels)

For those who have doubt about this performance. This show is called 盖世英雄 Heroes of Remix, is a Chinese sing and dance reality television competition on Jiangsu Television. The show first aired on June 19, 2016. The mentors of the show include PSY, Leehom Wang, Harlem Yu, and Phoenix Legend. The mentor for this song is PSY from Korea. He remix his own song Gentleman with the Chinese song Little Apple for this performance. The show also sent them to Korea to be trained under PSY for this song.

This whole thing is a huge collab of the big 3 eastern Asian cultures. Remember it started with AKB48 of Japan. They then sent 2 of their japanese members to officially debut SNH48.
Little apple became a big hit with Chopsticks brothers. T-ara debuted in China by doing a Kpop cover of Little Apple. It's the first Kpop cover of a Cpop song.
PSY became a world hit and eventually made Gentleman.
Now for the crossover. Heroes of Remix got PSY to train SNH48 to dance Gentleman. They chose Little Apple because of it being Cpop/Kpop hit.
Now we have Little Apple/Gentleman a Cpop/Kpop remix by SNH48 made originally their parents AKB48 Japan.
