1/2 cup Blended seasoning (sweet pepper, onion & tomatoes)
3 stock cubes (substitutes salt)
3-4 cups coconut milk
Thyme
Hot pepper
3 cups rice
Oregano
Shallot (spring onion)
1-2 cups lentils
Foil
1 Tbsp butter
