This is how a game should be released and come out in the first place, instead of just throwing bones to the potential playerbase for 3-4+ years, letting the pointless hype rise up and get rekt again and again for no reason whatsoever.
very different games. WW is made by kuro games and the streng of PGR was great combat. and looks like in WW. while this game is going way more for the cute waifu meta, and the proven by pal world starved millions of pokemon fans bored of Nintendo releasing the same crap for years. also proven by palworld using the pokemon to work for you is quite the fun mechanic. so they are not really targeting the same core audiences. WW is trying to be gacha darksouls, and this is gacha palworld(but with a much higher quality and budget.)
The cuteness and pokemon aspect already will attract a lot of players, not just specific type of players. So I reckon this game will be a big win similar to Palworld

brrr me so confused>>? what should i paly wethering waves or this they both are just too good to be on my android aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!
I feel like Wuthering may be in trouble. Project Mugen and Azur Promilia are two very polished, inspired looking games on the horizon by mature companies which know exactly what they want to produce. I don't get the same feel from Wuthering. WW gives me the feeling that they're letting the world aid in building their game considering the betas and implementation of feedback. That may seem like a good thing but it also gives me pause and a bit of lost confidence for the future of WW. Mugen and Promilia have a solid presentation, without world feedback whereas WW (considering recent beta feedback) still seems a bit rough around the edges. Many think it still has a way to go yet the release could be as soon as late May 2024??? I truly hope Kuro doesn't release a potential train wreck that is TOF... game with glitches and poor direction of which they have already re-written the story for. Either way, whatever they produce will have some stiff comp from larger companies that seem to have much deeper pockets and vision for what they want to create.
I hope all 3 do really well. The thing I like about these games is that there's a unique thing for every type of player. If you want a more pokemon/monster hunter experience, play this game. If you want a more hardcore hack and slash and like the dark aesthetic, play WW. Then if you're more on the casual side and don't like the hack and slash, play genshin. Project Mugen is also doing something really unique as well.
Yeah, I think WW is getting bullied into the wrong audience or lacking the direction to aim for the right one. This game, Azur Promilia, could honestly compete with Genshin because it shines in the areas that Genshin does and offers things that Genshin players would want but are likely not to get from Genshin. WW shouldn't have really been looking at Genshin players for feedback but should have been honing the game for audiences most likely to be into what WW is good at: combat. So, souls players, action roguelikes, DMC, Bayonetta, and of course, PGR. Probably even Lost Ark/Diablo players. People that generally like dark worlds and stories that aren't novels but have lore. This is what Kuro is good at, designing combat focused characters and specialized challenging combat. They would have also had to monetize the game similarly to PGR (where $5/month is all you need to get everything) to attract players from other games. Again, all those action game players are more likely to spend on cosmetics/skins, which Kuro is also good at, rather than whale on a character they "care" about. Asking Genshin fans how to make the game better watered it down and it still won't impress them. This game, however, would. Really need to pick a target and hit it, instead of trying to shoot everyone with the same bullet.
@@isaacssj123 I really want all to do well but the market is getting Saturated. Not many have the time to play multiple open world games. I got my fingers crossed for Wuthering to go the distance but only time will tell.
Not really, remember a gacha game regardless of how good and polished it looks like in trailers and demos would have issues and bugs that would come out in CBT. As far as Promilia is concerned, we don't even know how coherent the story would be, how about the gacha? Well although this is Manjuu we're talking about but still they'd need to earn back all the investment they've put into this game so for sure this game won't be on Azur Lane levels of f2p friendliness, how deep or shallow the combat is and many more questions needs to be answered and we can only see a glimpse of the answers once they do a CBT. So until Azur Promilia goes into scrutiny on their CBT just like how WuWa went through on theirs, I'd hold off on jumping directly on the Promilia bandwagon. And the same rule applies to Project Mugen, we don't even have an update on that game yet after their trailer almost 5 mos. ago
The problem with being too hyped on a game that hasn't even done a CBT yet is that once CBT comes people would get disillusioned quickly when in-game issues and bugs start showing up, which I'm sure there will be since no game is perfect while on CBT state regardless on how polished it may look like on trailers and demos. That said I'm still excited to see Manjuu now entering the open world gacha game genre, but I wouldn't go overboard and say this game would overtake WuWa, I'd have to see Azur Promilia go through CBT first and get put through what WuWa went through on their CBT 1 and 2 phases.

Sad Wuthering Waves is just around the corner May 22nd so this game is dead lol 🤣😂
Lol I'll revisit this when the game actually comes out and it proves you wrong
Not really, it offers a much different experience than WuWa so it's not really gonna compete for the same player base. Im personally gonna play this more than wuwa when it releases in the future.
@@Natsuke1104 well both are Immersive Openworld Anime Gatcha ARPG Game on Mobile mate the only difference is that Genshin impact/Honkai StarRail Hoyoverse with Wuthering Waves by Kuro Game Company has way bigger budget & players base community while Azur Promilia nobody even heard about lmao pathetic 🤣😂
@@HuuTonyTran i see, you're just trolling lol
