i think it would be better, if the enemy boss or elite mobs had some physical shield instead of just standing there like a pole and taking damages from the main character, it will encourage players like us to look for enemy weakness instead of just attacking the enemy from the front. i think it is time to move on from senator armstrong from metal gear rising revenges who takes Raiden's attack like a boxing bag, instead it is better to have most or all boss fight where the boss dodges attack like virgil from demil may cry 5 or have some sort of shield like abyss mage from genshin impact or like Wooden Shieldwall Mitachurl.
please we are tired of enemy just taking damages and not dodging attacks or have actual physical shield.
Please tell me this will be on ps4

Even the Demon Wedge system and the Forging system is like Warframe's Mods system and Forging respectively.
For the better! Im tired of having to farm the perfect artifact bonuses with random stats
i hope that when the full release comes out its actually grindable like its shown (unlocking charas + weapons by completing missions or even chain quests) and that gacha will remain as pulling for skins which doesn't disrupt the playability of the actual game and make its grindable.
Bruh, yes. That is what is killing the Gacha games: the gacha system encompasses the skins AND characters and the grinds for the actual characters take far too much time and waiting just to get their pieces. Let us get the character without feeling like we NEED to spend money and make the gacha encompass JUST the skins, if at all. And maybe add a client-server function so it is impossible to roll a double duplicate legendary like you could with Ubisoft; that shit is trash.
one thing for sure, they need to work more on the movement in order to catch up with the warframe expectation
I agree, the bullet jumps in particular seemed a little short in comparison to what we have. Hopefully itll be improved in development

nah bullet jump and extreme movement make the game way too easy and tha tis wf biggest issue, i rather have them limiting the movement.

12) don't worry man , you are not only one who can't get in too // so many you can wait little bit or skip and wait when full-release game // it just Technical Test it still have some bug too

Even the bullet jump is is here with the same slide first then bullet jump at 2:27 . Similar customization to Warframe too which is very nice. 6:19 looks like an excavation mission 🤔. 6:39 This part seems like defense mission. So they pretty much taking a lot more from Warframe than I initially thought but that's a good thing as long as they implement it well. Another thing I can hope for is it'll also be as free-to-play as Warframe but I won't expect it since this is a gacha game.
All in all , a very promising game.

From what I’ve seen from this alone, I agree with you wholeheartedly on your feedback. Though I also have a few other suggestions:
- Some players may prefer gamepad to play fast-pace games (like myself, who is yet used to keyboard and mouse), so maybe at a later date, when they’ve released and ironed out the game a bit, they can add support for game pad (controllers, etc.).
- I greatly enjoy the crafting system and the quest system shown; it shows genuine care for players that is certainly not missed, though I recommend to the developers to keep an eye on how long they make the wait for crafting items. It becomes tedious and sometimes irritating when you have to wait a full week to play a character or over a day for a weapon (I’m looking at you, Warframe). Even so, it looks great as is.
- Despite what others are saying about movement speed and similarities with games the like of Warframe, I’m quite fond of the ‘bullet jump’ distance and the aim-levitation in this game. It matches the speed of combat well and I feel like if timed correctly, we could maybe reach far greater heights and use that height to have a longer levitation time and greater view on the opponent(s).
- English VA’s feel somewhat stiff at this point in time. I recommend to the devs to give VAs an opportunity to connect with their characters. Maybe some lore or practice sessions to get used to playing as them could help rectify that.
That’s all the feedback and suggestions I’ve got for now. I hope this feedback helps!
This was a nice review, as well, Chaotik. I was surprised at how you focused entirely on the purpose of this video rather than drift away to trying to harshly criticise or sell the game. The latter has most certainly been done passively, after all.

Looks amazing. Like its almost ready for release. The characters has expressions which is nice. It also looks like a single-player rpg game. Hoping they keep on improving on it more before releasing the game.

Im honestly incredibly exited for this game. It is of course still pretty early on in its development but I love the character designs and I think the usage of both long range and close range weapons for your character is a pretty interesting approach. I do agree that the combo system should be improved from what it is at the moment and I do hope that the developers take their time to make sure that the game works as it should at launch.
Ngl those combat gameplay feel like something you’d normally see on a console game, looking forward to this.

The game looks very promising. For what is essentially an alpha test, it's already looking pretty good. I eagerly wait to see how it develops with more polish and adjustments.
I saw from the pre-register that you can pick between a male and female protag. Is there a cutscene that leads up to it?
In my humble opinion one of the things that could make this game stand out is a more refined combo system and more variations in each character attacks to keep the combo alive. Imagine if you could chain attacks between your melee weapon and range weapon. Like: Hit, hit, shot, throw in the air melee, barrage of shots, melee slam down. Or Shot, shot, reposition to the side (using a dash or slide.) Melee knock down, shot in the face.
Then make it even more complex with a quick change between characters without breaking the combo chain and using the combo moves of different characters to reach even higher combo scores. And at the end add something like a finisher move. C tier combo chain is rather easy to achieve so the finisher move should have average damage and less special effects. B tier more damage and more effect. A tier the same and S tier the same. With S tier being the hardest tier to reach due to the amount of combos you have to pull without breaking the chain or recieving damage. So of course the damage dealt and effects shown during an S tier combo finisher should be significant.
Of course all of this is something i personally would like to see.

I think the movement needs some work and some systems should look less like Warframe even if they are direct clones. Great review as usual, however, I'd like you to review more "non-gacha games".

For a first Beta, the game is excellent and promises a lot. I'm looking forward to the release.
One of the biggest aspects (for me) is Shooting, currently we don't have many Shooting gachas and this is a huge difference for those who like this genre.
We have Snowbreak, not to say there isn't one, but it's pretty meh in my opinion, although I keep playing it in hopes of improvement.
I think it's the best looking anime game yet. I can't wait to try it out for myself.

the character designs definitely stand out and I like the atmosphere they created with the voice acting cast, music and colour palette of the game but the environment and enemies seems a bit dull, the animations are a bit slippery to me and unrefined same with the sound affects and we need bigger oomf to cutscenes or like what's happening in the plot such as that fight with evil why hot
looking promising for an early build but I agree with you, if they want to stand out amongst all the new games coming out they need to continue to add more depth and details

Probably just a technical test scenario similar to what wuthering waves did during their technical test. Gacha system will be implemented later on as it's probably not a priority at the moment
This game is just at infact technical test stage and there are already more people who know it than warframe, which already existed for 11 years. Pretty interesting.
When you started talking about combos my first thought was they cant make it too complicated as this will also be a mobile game
But PGR, Wuthering Waves, Genshin, Call of Duty Mobile, and many other mobile games can be more complicated than this. Please stop saying this. It gives developers the impression that Mobile Gamers can't adapt and get good at games.
@@leoclarke8700 from the way he described it he wanted more character personal combos but you can only go so far when you're restricted by mobile. People have stop playing games on mobile just because of controls. This game is trying to appeal to its biggest audience first and for most who play mostly on mobile right now.
@@lenerlink yes, but people thought Genshin wasn't possible to be played properly on Mobile. People do it all the time and it's THE STANDARD for Mobile and PC Cross Platforms game. All "Making it easy for mobile" does is make people think skill isn't possible on Mobile. If we keep making things "Easy for Mobile" nobody will get better and games will always get boring fast. You don't always need biggest audience to make the most money. You just need a dedicated audience

Yeah I can definitely see the Warframe inspiration but I'm going to be playing it regardless
so far not bad, I like how they based it on warframe and try to transform into your Anime Action Hack n Slash, but for me its feel lacking of something, the gun and the melee combat didnt feel that connect too.
The game seems to have a good foundation to build on. Warframe is as good as today is due to years and years of updates, in fact the warframe that we known todate didn't start to appear for about 5 years ago when they revamp the movement systems and combat. This game have the advantage of learning from Warframe but I do hope that they build upon it more rather then just making new character updates after updates. The game looks good so far though.

Hope they don't change the mouse controls, it works just like Remnant, and that's how a game like this should control imo.
It feels like melee weapons may be way better than guns? And also it's hard to describe but the animations, combat and stuff feel cheap and floaty, but that's easy to fix. I see a lot of potential
I wish for this game to achieve greater success than Wuthering Wave, which unfortunately was plagued by toxic people.
The Character Customization looks incredible. This needs to get adapted by more Gacha Games asap

REEEEEEALLY looking forward to this game, The game LOOKS amazing and they could make a few adjustments in the future but the looks are on point.
GAMEPLAY tho, looks like it leaves a lot to e desired. Firstly, it looks slow and and some of the animations look janky, controlling a character should be as smooth as it is precise. Secondly, it looks veeeeery slow and easy. This game should be taking a lot of inspiration from warframe, so tuning up the difficulty and smoothing out the movement of the game (core part of what makes warframe fun) should be their top priorities. The maps look TOO SMALL for the movements to actually FEEL good, we need a lot more space and they should allow jump-slides to travel muuuch longer distances (any warframe gameplay should make this point very clear)
In addition they could try to better develop the current combo system and give players a few more tools (that could vary from character to character) to better explore this system. The other core mechanics seem to have a good foundation, like customization, overall asthetics, graphics, game UI and even damage numbers, all of those already look great.

Evil mommy is on the poster of the technical test among the characters, so perhaps 99% playable.
Hmm so far most stuffs are very similar to warframe.. the mods, the crafting, the resources needed etc. Though in warframe the cosmetics can only be applied to the operator and not the warframes.
Able to earn characters through achievements? Maybe only in this test? Because it seems kinda weird. So it is not a gacha game? but same as warframe that we are able to get every character free? Then what is the monetization part of this game?

No, I come from a Warframe background. This game hasn't mastered the controls yet. Trust me, I have played both instead of just one of them. I was playing Warframe before they revamped the movement and after they revamped it then quit after playing "The Sacrifice" story quest. I'm sure I qualify as someone who has experience with Warframe.
@@IAMCha0tik Oh thats very nice! I guess duet night is going to face a similar problem as the first descendant too that has clunky movements compared to warframe too. I was a bit confused when you said in the video that the shooting was on the mouse and melee on the keyboard, or did i misshear something?
Okay, what I mean is that the format of combat is weird. Both the melee and long range weapon fire are on the mouse. There is no ADS in the game and it makes the combat feel weird at first. Left click is firing the long range weapon and right click is the melee weapon

honestly, it's weird seeing your characters can attack using sword waves to hit enemies in distance, then swapping to shooting with guns. Idk, the combat seems a little detached or unbalanced.
Thie game is inspired by Warframe. So the gameplay you see here is identical to the character in Warframe called Excalibur. All characters use guns and have their own unique abilities

The Potential is there, oh is it there! Those EN Voice Actors are PERFECT the JP Needed some work though that also might just be me. Combat im guessing gets more challenging as it didnt seem to challenge you to much.

English voiceover is incredibly good, and yet they ain't feel the need to keep it cuz majority will use jp va. What a shame, i really like eng va in this game so far

Boss: Attacks once per patch
-they need a sprint button, the consent deceleration after the bullet jump doesn’t look good
-movement in general needs to be more fluid
-load outs
-the open areas seem repetitive/ lack detail and doesn’t feel engaging.
-character design S tier, good job

Game actually looks good, I pre registered based off this vid. Though with so many big gacha games coming out (WW - ZZZ - Azur Promelia) They are going to have to seriously make this stand out above the others by making good content and making sure the combat is fun. I'll for sure give it a try, will be interesting to see if it holds up.
