but he really isnt neglected? at the current point in time all might considers bakugou as much of a successor to his legacy as he does deku. he recognized this issue after the ground beta fight, and made a move to fix it. he also saw how important deku and bakugou were to each others growth so now they train/have their meetings together. the only ones neglected are the rest of class 1-A lmfaooo

Bakugo walked slowly away from the school in the afternoon sun as it partially skewed his vision. But even as he made distance away from the school, he could hear Deku's high pitched voice, overly excited as always talking to none other to the number one hero. He glanced over under his hair at the two as they interacted. He never understood this. He was much stronger than him, and was in complete control of his quirk unlike him. But still... Deku always had the hero's attention. What did he have that he didn't? Bakugo asked himself this countless of times until the words were an numbing echo in his mind. What did he lack? Why wasn't he admired or sought after by other heros, while someone who never had a quirk was? Seeing them only made him feel ashamed of himself, feeling as though he wasn't enough for All Might, which in turn, turned into self hatred and anger.
(Just a story, dont take it too seriously ^^)

He existed UA. The school of his dreams, he worked oh so hard to get into it.
All of a sudden he heard that damn voice again, it irritated him so much.
He glanced over to where the annoying voice was, it was no other than Izuku Midoriya his “childhood best friend” he despised this individual greatly.
He’s been trying to get him to give up his dreams almost his entire life. The boy was quirkless he can’t fight off villains! He’ll get himself killed!
He just wanted to prevent that, he didn’t want the boy to die in such a gruesome way. At the filthy hands of a villain. He wanted to save him from this demise.
But Deku never listened and just kept pushing. He never gave up hope. That’s what pissed him off. Why was he so blind to see that?
When he discovered that Deku had a quirk... he felt betrayed. The boy he had protected his whole life and the boy that has been with him through and through had been lying to him this entire time. Was he looking down on him?
The boy who he thought he could trust... the boy who had been by his side following his through everything had suddenly changed.
He had a quirk. He had friends. He had a relationship with the No. 1 hero... Why? How? When? What did Katsuki get? When was it Katsuki’s turn?
It’s not fair! Why was someone who he thought had looked up to him start being ahead of him and looking down on him? Why were all these people so much better than him?
He felt left out... since when did that nobody suddenly have everything?
Did he not work hard enough? Did he not try hard enough?
Maybe if that damn Deku never helped him he would be at peace... maybe he wishes he had died in that villain attack... nobody would care right? He clearly didn’t deserve anything.
He walked off with a sad smile. Izuku was growing, he’s showing his strength and becoming his own person. He didn’t need Katsuki anymore.
Izuku never knew why Katsuki despised him so much and he had yet to find out.
Katsuki entered his house and walked into his room, not bothering to speak with his parents. At his desk laid a note. And under the bed laid a rope.
Katsuki did what he thought he wanted but regretted it. He was scared. His life flashed before his eyes. At first they were happy but then he saw all the pain how much he inflicted on everyone and his last thoughts were...

Prompt: A villain keeps terrorising a hero in a small town,with fights here and there,they obviously hate eachother but the villain starts catching feelings and secretly lets him win fights by loosing,one day,they decide to officially fight,to see who fully wins,when at an arena,the hero doesn't show up,most people left after an hour or so,but the villain gets the courage to check in the changing room. He sees the hero, tied up to a bench,he has blood dripping from his head,mouth,arms and knees and sits sobbing,the villain shocked,freezes there,then rushes to examine him, while near the back another (completely unrelated) villain is crouched, holding *a potential weapon* covered in blood,he sits there laughing,then the first villain stares at him, Saying "what did you do.." and the guy replies, "Only what you had to do ages ago,you're welcome." And the villain,grabs the hero's face and pulls it up,the hero winces and squinting looks at him,still sobbing but saying "h...el...p m...e" under his breath while coughing up blood. The villain grabs his chin,closed his eyes,lets go and stands up... He repeats his Question, "What... Did you... DO?!" he grows more enraged by the second,the guy stands up, "woah woah,easy there buddy,I was just torturing him until you showed up, didn't think you'd be so annoying you didn't do it,pff" then the villain goes to the guy,and looks into his eyes (possibly looks down because of height) the villain grabs his neck,the guy is shocked and just tries grabbing hold and drops *the weapon:chain,knife,pen,brick,stick, whatever* and then the villain holds him against the wall, making him almost go into the freaking wall,the guy starts trying to attack him but fails horribly, the villain, obviously not wanting to kill anyone,lets him go... He goes to the hero untying his ropes,the hero still in pain just sighs and then once free, barely limpsup and falls into the villian,the hero winces from pain and faints,the villain makes the most scariest "if you freaking make a single move I'll rip you to shreds,boil your teeth and peel your skin and roll your flesh In salt- threatening kind way to the guy" then the villain plops the hero back down against a wall,goes to the 'guy' and grabs him,he also tortures him a bit (basically fighting but without the resistance from the guy,well,he tried but just got beaten up) then the villain,no longer a villain, makes a bunch of threats,grabs the hero in his arms,and leaves through a secret exit, Calling a sidekick robot and/or vehicle,and goes to his lair to treat the hero...
