Want to thank you, I received my machine, I was a backer, so unboxing it i went into the instructions and you are correct there is really no mention of the sanitation your information is well received Ill be following your instructions as you did it, the only question I have is since the fermentation tank is all in one, how much of the bottom gunk gets mixed with the beer?
I am glad you got something from my video. Thank you! The tube that brings the beer out is a short distance from the bottom. I emptied the keg and no off taste or sediment on the last pull. Enjoy your first brew and let me know what you think!
okay im at 7 days the LCD went from 2 days to 48 hours then 35 hours this morning lol, I have to admit it freaks me out a bit because for 5 days the temps were 59 to to 64 degrees then it dropped to 35 degrees , the psi went as high as 48 psi now settled back down to 17.5, all this is surprising to me , hopefully in a few days i can try this beer lol. Ill let you know. @@OlSageRamblings
@@andrewhatter4151 sound like it is going perfectly. The last couple of days is a crash in temp, it is what will settle down the yeast. I am just as excited as you are! What a fun adventure!
well the beer completed last night, only huge issue was pouring foam, besides that I found the beer to be okay but a bit hoppy, i think the next time i make the pale ale i might skip one of the hops to see how it comes out. Again thank you for all the help! @@OlSageRamblings
I am excited for you! The waiting is the hardest part. After a couple of days, you should see a “foam” build up as it ferments. It will clear up, but you know it is working.
