During file: 1) Breach of contract 2) injunction, court ask to attach 4000/- court fees as per suit value. when the relief is only an "deceleration" not any " recovery" then how it differs. Please clear about this topic with as per "ad-volurem and fixed court fees". For a simple filing for any relief under special relief act if court ask for all suit to impose a huge court fees, wheres the solution. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻thanks

Yes. Dono hi section restoration of benefits ki bat krte hai. Sec 64 mai hai ki agar apko voidable contract mai kuch receive hua to use restore kro to other party.
Sec 65 talks about restoration of benefits in case of void contracts ( not voidable contracts)
