I only peel citrus fruits like oranges and lemon/lime because the peels on those fruits can make the juice taste bitter. Everything else I leave as is or I may chop it into smaller sizes depending on how large the fruit or vegetable is and I don't take out the seeds. Hope this helps! ❤

Are you referring to the pulp? There was not any pulp or any pieces of the food in the juice. (I hope that answered your question) ♥️
