    thank you so very much for your great video on how to make professional looking corners!
    your video was the very few that actually helped me while covering my ottoman tops with leather.

    Thank you for sharing your expertise with the public. Best looking fabric corners I've seen on YT - crisp without puckers. I subscribed.
    I did find the dim lighting challenging and I wonder if using two cameras would be helpful? Please, neither suggestion is a reflection on your skill! To the contrary, they're to ensure I'm catching every detail.

      Thank you Seonad for telling us. That REALLY makes doing the videos worth it, knowing people can follow along with success. Saving money and/or keeping furniture out of the TIP( I learned that term on a UK Show ): Again thanks for commenting and watching. Cheers, Paul

    I would use a medium to heavy weight fabric for reupholstery. Use a print or fabric with a design to bring more fun and interest. but it could add more work because of any fabric line up needed.
    If you use a lighter weight fabric (silk, etc) it is best to shape the foam or cotton filler with an under cover (muslin) working out bumps and wrinkles. Then the silk-like fabric lays on top and looks great.
    Thanks for viewing.

    How much do professional using charge for upholstering a footstool?

    • @ucsolutionsgivingmore
      @ucsolutionsgivingmore  10 років тому

      It really depends on the size on the footstool and if you will have any add-ons decretive nails, gimp or repair work. For labor only, around $ 60. to $150. is safe to say. This for a footstool not an ottoman some people see them as the same they are not. Thanks for asking and watching. Cheers.
