Thank you for this Dr. Centeno. Is there documentation available on the different symptoms associated with each type? I saw in another video where you said Type 1 refers pain/pressure to the left side of the head. I am looking for more details like that.

I have severe c0/c1/c2 and c6/c7 instability. It is a catastrophic condition. 10 years in bed, unable to do anything. My life has been destroyed. USA is so ahead of my country(Italy) in this field. How much ignorance on cervical instability exist even among top level professionals. It is unbelievable. Many still use only dynamic flexion/extension x rays to detect it,when it is clear so many instabilities are detectable only with a DMX.

Please consider creating an office that does this on the east coast! This is completely inaccessible to many really sick people over here.

Dr. Centeno seems to know his stuff. They'd be making ALOT of money in Florida if they did have a clinic here. I've got all sorts of ligament damage and with the "fragile egg" sensitization , i'm not sure i could even do the PICL.

How does one know if they need this therapy? Ive been doing a year of Blair upper cervical adjustments. I was getting the C1 adjusted for months. Now it's the C2. Had the C3 done at times. I am also seeing a regular chiro for 10 months. My neurological symptoms have lessened but I can feel it in my neck a hard vertebrae feeling on the left side when the C2 adjustment isn't holding and starts floating around again. I haven't liked how I felt for over a year but I have improved. I also had cranial bone movement therapy done when I got the concussion from passing out hitting the toilet then floor. I wish I had more answers. I don't know if my ligaments are weak or what or who else to seek answers from or treatment. Not sure if I'm wasting time and money or not.

Hello all smiles I would be willing to tell you I have knowledge knowing all forms of chiropractic are vastly different and many that do Upper cervical work are not all the same. I have found using Nucca with massage is helpful. The downfall it never seems to last to long. However there are many people doing massage that have no clue as to how light upper cervical work is so they could clearly be putting things in a more problematic position if you allowed them to push away.I would clearly do some research on how your lifestyle choices can truly affect your holding.

@DavidLMT.Rocks. will I have to live each day like this forever 😔 very seldom do I have a great normal day but I do have them at times. I love exercising, lifting weights, range, bow n arrow, swimming, biking. I don't wanna stop living life. I wish the vertebrae would just hold and stay. Wonder if they ever stop moving. Makes me feel outta space or dry eyes just off.
