Great video. Need to rebuild my son's TTR 110 forks and this will really help out. If you get the chance to do a top end rebuild on one of these 110's, please make a video of it.
Jeff, You are correct. However this bike is only ridden by adults so I wanted the fork oil level to be higher than the proper level. Higher oil lever means less air to compress as the fork reached the bottom of the stroke. This helps the fork be stiffer towards the end of the stroke. Id I was setting this up for the rider weight the Yamaha intended I would measure the fork oil as per the manual. Thank you for watching.
I called the owner of this bike and he said they are doing fine. I guess he is having better luck than you did with the All Balls brand. If this was a bigger dirt bike or ridden much harder such as a serious trail bike then I would not have used aftermarket seals at all. Thank you for watching.

Nice little bike. Runs like a top now.
It Does run well, Thank you for watching.
Most manuals call for the spring to be out when measuring fork oil height.

80mm from the top no spring
I took a guess since the condition this bike will be used. It has been in service for more than a year now it works great.
all balls sucked form me, they only lasted a couple months and started leaking again
