This is really intense. I can imagine gags don’t work on him since he was technically invented by a toon, so he just brutally slaps you off the roof or just kidnaps you to add to his collection.

I always found it weird that the Chairman looked nothing like any other cog or cog boss, I like the idea of the Chairman being the literal chair man. But this is really dang cool!
