Thank you for a great review. Nice to have noticed how awesome the foam view window is. BTW the lid is easily removed once the neck is wet and if you spin it while pulling upwards. ;)

I picked this skimmer up yesterday. Thanks for the review, it was the best of a few that i had watched. Of note is a water level mark on the adjustment spindle. I am note sure i have seen this on any other brands.

I have the 300 for my 75 gallon tank ,I'm excited to get it will get her on 4th. Of Jan 2020 cant wait .my shimmer is doing so after seeing this I liked what I saw.

I found a much smaller gauge of gasket that lets you remove the lid so easy you would think it would leak but does not.

Looks like a nicely designed skimmer. I like the manual neck cleaner. I’ve had an automatic neck cleaner in the past and honestly it was more trouble than it was worth. It was a pain to get off the skimmer and disconnect the cord, etc so I often let I go longer than I should have. With this being easily removable I can see maintaining it being easier.
The neck cleaner is a neat idea.

Its a great skimmer but the pump is noisy at least on the psk300 model, very hummy, so depending on where you have your tank might be worth thinking about.
They did a great job. Can't wait to see it in action.

Very interested in this skimmer. I’ve been a reef octopus fan for 13 years now but they are getting expensive. This looks to have almost all the same features minus the auto cut off. This does have the neck wiper which would be nice though...

Wao, out of the ball park. They really think on everything. And what a proper time... my actual skimmer is under rated for my tank and start to fail on me after several repairs. This could be an awesome birthday present. 🍰🎂🎁

Starting my first saltwater tank, but don’t have a sump. Should this be something I really should think about with FOWLR?
So many people complaining about noise from this skimmer, sounds like the silencer is incapable of performing it's job adequately.
