24:22 in Asia yes there are people hosting rooms almost all the time and most of them are specifically for playing piano and stuff. They're mostly active at afternoon and night time (around reset time). You'd see them more during night time because there's no more rank matches etc. (yes in Asia some idv players don't sleep). Those rooms mostly have Japanese players and.. hosted by Japanese rich guys. It's a fun time you should check it out sometimes when playing in Asia. I went to naeu once and it was so empty when I went to the room section compared to Asia so yea probably naeu players aren't that interested in it. The Japanese players sure love it when you play a nice song (or almost anyone I guess? But I've only had experience with Jp players). LATE NIGHT PARTY WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Not sure about $300 but it's definitely cheaper than $500 if you pull only when the weekly bonus points are still available and wait for the weekly reset to continue. If I ever go for an SS tier I'd just pull 10 times a week to get the best deals from the weekly bonus and then wait, even though this way will take like 6-7 months or so lol
