Konza should have minimum vehicle footprint. As it is a greenfield its easier to establish especially Light rail, bicyling, taxi , and walking lanes should be the major modes of movement. Under ground parking for every developer should be a requirement to ensure limited vehicular traffic and cars parked on the roads .
My sister, this project was planned 20 years ago, it's not as modern as we think, nothing has been changed in the plan, it will be jus another city like any other city that we have in Kenya, Don't expect a green city.

One that is done, the vertical infrastructure is so easy.
According to the master plan, an electric rail could be adopted in the final phase 3 inside the city. That could be about a decade from now though. Dmu and sgr will pass nearby in the meantime.
