Killed a clan leader who has plot armour (Tigerstar) and one of Firestar's lives. He had control of the entire twoleg place. If he had been brought up by the clans and became leader he would have been unstoppable.

I feel like deep down, Scourge never wanted to be evil. Or be forced to kill. He was forced into that position from being attacked by Tigerpaw, thinking violence and killing was the only answer. “These cats were savage and vicious.” Scourge is a prime example, of villain with a tragic backstory.
Well, 2 years late, but I also feel like he was shown how to get respect the wrong way. If he had been shown (or taught) a better way, he wouldn't have been so merciless.
The end of it before he is killed it shows three pictures. I think picture one shows him getting along with another kittypet. Picture two shows the day he went into the woods, but was never attacked. And picture three shows him with kits. His kits in an alternative life. All three pictures show his collar without teeth. It shows him if he lived his life differently.

This is one of the few videos of Scourge that correctly capture his personality. He wasn't insane or evil- he was just cold and didn't care. He didn't find joy in killing anyone. As someone whose introduction to it was this i agree, i remember watching this amv years ago, i came back to it last year and watched that movie out of curiosity
this was SUCH a huge part of my childhood, I was obsessed with warrior cats/scourge and even had my own edgy scourge clone OC. videos like this were a huge inspiration for me.
After reading the first six books I did not want to read the rest of the series. I couldn't let the series be ruined like so many series being milked for money instead of producing constant quality product. I loved the original series, and I believe it is a better series than Hunger Games, Twilight, Divergent, and Maze Runner combined. Scourge was a product of the times, much like Hitler was in the World War era. He needed a target for his grief and pain. Hitler didn't blame his abusive alcoholic father or his mother who couldn't live long enough to continue to love him. He was penniless and needed direction and he found it in the wrong place. Under different circumstances history could have changed. Who knows what if Hitler never had an abusive father, or a late mother... What if Hitler's art career was successful. Would there have been a World War II? Would there have never been a Holocaust? Amazing how little things in life can have such dire consequences. Time is quite the sensitive scale, where one man, or in this case, cat, can turn the tables and cause unrest, unbalance, and chaos in the world.
I'd agree with you in some cases. But I really do like the other series. :3 Although, I don't believe it's being milked... There hasn't been a crap movie made about it. ( They refuse to make a movie, because it wouldn't be as detailed as they'd like it too be. ) It's not as popular as the other books your reading. And they keep to the story. The second series are just like the first books, nothing added into it. Just a book on how "fictional" cats live. o_o A little drama thrown in, with a fight here and there. But remember, things YOU don't think are hard to manage or aren't Incriminating are a PAIN for others. So don't blame people (other humans) for their "soft" Trauma. If they say it's Incriminating for them, don't put them down and tell them it isn't bad at all. For sure, people can get too deply into a bad situation and always thinking about it, but that's not your thing. Scourge Situation caused him to be rageful. I just happened to be here randomly, 10/11 years have passed since I've watched this video for the first time. I used to RP on a chat, based around these novels by Erin Hunter. My character was actually based around Scourge because I've always felt deeply attached to his story. Back then your video actually brought tears to my eyes, like it touched my heart and soul deeply for I can relate in many ways to Scourge's twisted history. It still has the same effect on me to this day somehow and I'm grateful for what you created. Bless you.
Scourge has been and will always be my favorite character because it shows that some people who go through being an oddball and being left out and bullied, dont always recover. They grow into someone who they don't want to be, but have no choice. Scourge only chose this path because he didn't see any other way out. His brother and sister hated him, tigerstar viscously attacked him, and he was made fun of for being small. He had to earn a title and a name to make it somewhere, even if it meant dying inside to do so.

watching warrior animations/a lot of amateur animations when i was in middle school is what really got me into wanting to animate as a kid and now that ive picked up the ambition to start animating again years later, ive started watching scribble kibble and had no idea it was the same animator from my youngster days that inspired me so much!! so much nostalgia ;;
This video really was a gem of a lot of people's childhood. I never read Scourge's story but it made me realise how dark and gruesome the world of Warriors really was. Watching this years later I remember how I felt when I started reading this and this just made all that flood back and it's just,, so nostalgic. I loved Scourge as a villain, we knew nothing of him when he arrived in the main series and he was so ruthless. I really did like how you had put what he could have become in this video as well, it's always such an interesting thought, wondering what one might have become if things had been different. I still love this, thank you for having inspired me to start animating Warrior Cats content when I was younger !!
Honestly, I wish that Scourge actually killed Socks and Ruby instead of letting them live, or at least refused to let them eat. Heck, I wouldn't mind seeing them starve.
Well remember, he did attack them. When they came to Bloodclan for help, he clawed both of them demanding why they were there, though he did help them for a short period of time.

I am getting asked the question.. "If you could talk to Scourge, what would you say." This is my response. Please like if you agree. Scourge, you are an amazing cat and you are my favorite out of every other cat. Firestar is complicated like when he thought that Graystripe and Silverstream were not meant to be, yet when Bluestar did it with Oakheart, he didn't care. I like you and I won't judge you for what you did in the past. Socks and Ruby were pests and I under stand why you turned them down, I would've done the same. But please, kill cats for reasons, and good ones too. If cats laugh and think you are to small or weak, ignore them. Tiny was a stupid name Quince happened to give you, but don't let that pull you down. I completely know your full side of the story, and everything you did I would have, too. Just don't go over board. For example, you could have shared the forest with Firestar instead and knock Tigerstar out of the way. Blood isn't always the answer, but I also agree with you. You feel like blood is the answer because no one taught you other wise! Now, since Bone sucks at being deputy, can I take his place? Thanks.

A remake of this could be amazing to see, as you've improved a ton XD this is still really nice though, the storyline you've provided and the fact that scourge wasn't a psychopath, more of a sociopath, as he didn't kill for fun he killed when he thought he needed to, or when a cat ( or anything else ) got in his way.

It wasnt Scourges fault he turned evil. After Tigerstar attacked him, he knew he couldnt go back home, because hes brother and sister told him if he went back, he would be thrown in the river because no one "wanted" him. After being attacked, unliked, abused by his siblings, and now being FORCED to leave his own home {which was the only place he was welcomed at} He was than forced to live in the cities, with dangerous cats around him, that treated him unfairly just like his siblings did. Finally, it came to a turning point when he got a taste of others being proud of him {When he chased off the dog, making everyone start to warm up to him}. So think about it. If you finally got people to like you, wouldnt you want them to keep being proud of you? This is what Scourge did. After he killed a cat, and chased off the other cats that were attacking innocent cats, everyone started to like him. This than started to change him, making him want to do ANYTHING to help the cats. So what turned this innocent cat to be "evil" was not his fault. It was his surroundings.

OK, so take Tallstar for example, a cat (will not name for spoiler alert reasons), had 'killed' his father. He DID set out for revenge, but also saved the cat in the end

Scourge is a villain, and a really good one at that. Unfortunately, there are little kids in the warriors fandom who cannot comprehend that he changed into a murderer, and therefore see him as a bullied kitten. I mean really:

watching warrior animations/a lot of amateur animations when i was in middle school is what really got me into wanting to animate as a kid and now that ive picked up the ambition to start animating again years later, ive started watching scribble kibble and had no idea it was the same animator from my youngster days that inspired me so much!! so much nostalgia ;;

This video really was a gem of a lot of people's childhood. I never read Scourge's story but it made me realise how dark and gruesome the world of Warriors really was. Watching this years later I remember how I felt when I started reading this and this just made all that flood back and it's just,, so nostalgic. I loved Scourge as a villain, we knew nothing of him when he arrived in the main series and he was so ruthless. I really did like how you had put what he could have become in this video as well, it's always such an interesting thought, wondering what one might have become if things had been different. I still love this, thank you for having inspired me to start animating Warrior Cats content when I was younger !!

I am getting asked the question.. "If you could talk to Scourge, what would you say." This is my response. Please like if you agree. Scourge, you are an amazing cat and you are my favorite out of every other cat. Firestar is complicated like when he thought that Graystripe and Silverstream were not meant to be, yet when Bluestar did it with Oakheart, he didn't care. I like you and I won't judge you for what you did in the past. Socks and Ruby were pests and I under stand why you turned them down, I would've done the same. But please, kill cats for reasons, and good ones too. If cats laugh and think you are to small or weak, ignore them. Tiny was a stupid name Quince happened to give you, but don't let that pull you down. I completely know your full side of the story, and everything you did I would have, too. Just don't go over board. For example, you could have shared the forest with Firestar instead and knock Tigerstar out of the way. Blood isn't always the answer, but I also agree with you. You feel like blood is the answer because no one taught you other wise! Now, since Bone sucks at being deputy, can I take his place? Thanks.

A remake of this could be amazing to see, as you've improved a ton XD this is still really nice though, the storyline you've provided and the fact that scourge wasn't a psychopath, more of a sociopath, as he didn't kill for fun he killed when he thought he needed to, or when a cat ( or anything else ) got in his way.

I loved Firestar and Scourge so much D: I hated to see them both die. I mean, when Scourge's siblings rejected him, he just ran away, but Tigerpaw/claw/star/or if you prefer Tigerdouchebag)) is the reason that Scourge had really became evil. Like, I hate how the Erins killed firestar to end the series ):C but like, back to the topic, Brackenfoot Archeye and all them should've never saved Tigerkit from that fox (Yellowfang's secret) And yes it sounds cruel, but if they hadn't:
1. Thistleclaw would never be able to teach such an ambitious killer
2. Bluestar, Redtail, Whitestorm, all the cats from the battle with BloodClan, Scourge, FIRESTAR (the fight with tigerstar was right before firestar was killed by the tree DM IT), BRINDLEFACE< all the cats died in the dark forest battle (tigerstar was their leader), and hawkfrost... Yet, then there would be no Brambleclaw or Tawnypelt... Well, It WAS because of Tigerstar Flametail had to tell the medicine cats to reunite.. And Tigerheart was wel.. Tigerheart, and Dawnpelt was a doucheHEAD :C Brambleclaw only saved them all because the Twolegs, so that's one thing..

Oh my god I'm 10 again. I remember watching this in my Warriors phase.
YOOO THIS WAS MY CHILDHOOD
It wasnt Scourges fault he turned evil. After Tigerstar attacked him, he knew he couldnt go back home, because hes brother and sister told him if he went back, he would be thrown in the river because no one "wanted" him. After being attacked, unliked, abused by his siblings, and now being FORCED to leave his own home {which was the only place he was welcomed at} He was than forced to live in the cities, with dangerous cats around him, that treated him unfairly just like his siblings did. Finally, it came to a turning point when he got a taste of others being proud of him {When he chased off the dog, making everyone start to warm up to him}.
So think about it. If you finally got people to like you, wouldnt you want them to keep being proud of you? This is what Scourge did. After he killed a cat, and chased off the other cats that were attacking innocent cats, everyone started to like him. This than started to change him, making him want to do ANYTHING to help the cats.
So what turned this innocent cat to be "evil" was not his fault. It was his surroundings.
