how’s weather in turkey, we want to plan in mid of september so , which stuff is useful jackets or summer clothes?

We visited in mid of May and I thought the weather would be hot and only kept a single upper. But at the last moment I asked my parents to keep another sweater for themselves. It was cold in Istanbul. Cappadocia was mixed. Sometimes cold, sometimes warm, but the weather in antalya was very hot.
