Many watercolor artists, including myself use the😢 Magic Eraser when damp to lift areas of paint directly on a painting after the area is dry. When dry, you can paint that area again. Some artists feel that it changes the texture of the paper, many artists, even very famous ones still use this technique. I love it!
Wow never realized how amazing they are! Had a box under my sink for ages unused. Watched your video this morning and have spent the last hour cleaning everything in my house 😂. They’re brilliant on UPVC window frames!! Great video as always xx
Ok - just come back to say what a fantastic job one of these has done on my Amtico LVT kitchen floor. It the 'ceramic frost' colourway and the high-traffic bit in front of the sink/hob/fridge freezer hasn't been looking as good as it should for a while, despite me cleaning it properly. This has brought it up to what it should be - delighted, and actually not that difficult to do!
NEVER EVER EVER USE MAGIC ERASERS ON A LAPTOP/ELECTRONICS SCREEN!!!!! This can scratch it. All you need is 70% isopropyl alcohol and a glasses wipe. This is why dislikes need to be made public again.
Leather steering wheels. Over time oils in your hands make your car steering wheel glossy. A damp Magic Eraser rubbed gently will bring a leather steering wheel back to showroom matt condition. It soaks the oils and dirt out. Works on the seats too.
I've always used steel wool for getting tea stains out of mugs. Works really well for anyone who doesn't have melamine sponges on hand but does have steel wool.
Kerry this video is genius!! I used my magic eraser on window sils, we just moved into a really old large house and it needs some serious cleaning love. I'll be pulling out the M.E for the skirting boards next!! 👌🏽❤️
Thanks so much for posting this video. It is great I’m sharing it with my daughter who has a little family of her own. This is the best I can’t believe how many uses are for this magic Eraser I discovered it a couple weeks ago. I didn’t realize how many uses it could do. Thanks again.😊
oh no that's so weird.. mine start to fall apart but only after quite a lot of use.. maybe you are scrubbing too hard? I find you don't need to put much pressure onto surfaces at all when using them xxx
Ive heard mixed reviews about sealing tiles so we aren't sure if we should do it or not! We tend to give the high traffic areas a good clean once a month and then keep on top of it all during the month too :) xxx
Great ideas.... maybe I'm just green with envy at how beautiful your house is, not to mention how clean and tidy..... other then the wall scenes and oven..... it appears there is no 'dirt' u need to clean.... but again this could be me looking through massive jealous eyes 😂
heheh thank you for being so kind.. to be honest.. its quite hard to film things dirty.. especially on glass etc but I promise my house is dirty hehehehe.. I wish it wasn't but its just our daily living!! hehehe xxx
Wow - I've been using these for years for getting rid of marks on our walls but had no idea about all these other things they can do. Off to try them out on my trainers! Bit of a bummer about your floor tiles tho - guess that's the downside of using a textured surface!
I've used those on my grey walls in the bedroom 😬 now there are white streaks everywhere and they are not coming off 😭 I do not recommend using it on matt paint 😂
Wow,, I've got a pack of them, from years ago, was going to give them away,, now I'm going to try them out, after watching this video and all the suggestions of applications in the comments ❤
There are black/grey magic erasers that will clean your oven in seconds they're worth a try. Don't do what I did though and use it on the TV screen my husband hasn't forgiven me as I damaged it really badly.
oh no... thanks for the TV screen tip.. they clean my computer screen so so well :) I didn't know they did black and grey ones.. im off to look for them now :) xxx
It isn't the white tiles that are the problem - its the fact that they're textured, so trap the dirt. I had tiles like that on my last kitchen floor - never again!
Did you just say a laptop screen?!?! These sponges are fine sandpaper omg 😮

I use them to clean tea and coffee stains from inside of cups/mugs. It sounds like hard work to clean a whole floor with such a small sponge though!!

Such a fantastic video! Thanks so much, Kerry. Xx💕
So glad you enjoyed it 🥰🥰
great ideas thanks, we just tend to use them on walls and trainer soles...
They are brilliant on both of those, work so very well.. try them on other areas too.. we love them on shower screens :) xxx
Think I'm going to order some of these right now.
They are amazing.. you will love them :) xxx
Microfibre cloths are safer to use on laptop screens.
wow thankyou, i was really hoping to find new ways to use my beloved eraser
they are just the best aren't they :) xxx
How long have you been using magic erasers ? They truly have changed my life !! 🖤
Kerry I use an oven sheet which you can buy in most hardware stores and they are brilliant. You can remove them and wipe away dirt.
Hi x I brought some a few months ago but I’m nervous to use them...
What’s an oven sheet?
Just leaning about cleaning…
Love these things but so many uses here I haven’t tried-thank you!!
I know and I know there are so many great uses for them too.. can't wait to find more uses for them! xxx
Thank you for more ideas. I cut mine into smaller pieces and use on my hob. It shines it up like new.
I have just got a new pack through today so am going to cut a few up and keep them around my house.. I love them so much xxx

I love my magic erasers Kerry although I get mine from Ali express very cheaply in large quantities so I always have a good supply ☺️
ohh that's great to know.. I will look there next time I get some :) Thank you xxx
Thanks Kerry have used these but didn't know how many more tricks with them.
This is brilliant. Just a technical question😊Every time I am using magic eraser it falls apart. What am I doing wrong? I do wet it first
oh no that's so weird.. mine start to fall apart but only after quite a lot of use.. maybe you are scrubbing too hard? I find you don't need to put much pressure onto surfaces at all when using them xxx
@@KerryWhelpdale
Do we need to always wet them first?
If you cut your magic eraser into different sizes they last longer x
It sounds like your floor tiles need to be sealed if dirt is catching in the pitting in the stone xx
Ive heard mixed reviews about sealing tiles so we aren't sure if we should do it or not! We tend to give the high traffic areas a good clean once a month and then keep on top of it all during the month too :) xxx
Hi kerry, they are a handy item to have ,wouldn't mind some of them, thanks for showing us what you can use them on xx👍☀️

I can't believe Ive only just found them.. I wish I had known about them years ago! xxx
Been using them for 30 years (I'm old) lol..they great arnt they xx
I've used those on my grey walls in the bedroom 😬 now there are white streaks everywhere and they are not coming off 😭 I do not recommend using it on matt paint 😂
I've used them on my walls with matt paint without any problems- what I would say is don't rub too hard! Also don't use them too dry.
Wow,, I've got a pack of them, from years ago, was going to give them away,, now I'm going to try them out, after watching this video and all the suggestions of applications in the comments ❤

Oh wow... from amazon too? xxx
@@KerryWhelpdale my last ones were mr siga I think 🤔😁
seems like it acts like goof off... hmmm...
Never mind all that, I think you’ve just put everyone off having white tiles 😂
