As I ambled past the five lamps - the penury was tangible - it was nostalgic - it was 1980s Dublin. It unnerved me to witness it as I walked down the road looking at the same once again. If you're in Ireland and experiencing anything similar to the above - head to Holland, learn the language and see how relatively easy life can be.

Nobody can be this relaxed on tv or radio anymore because its like walking on eggshells constantly, you cant say this, you cant say that, any innocent joke or slip up and theres a group of people ready and waiting to be offended
