Khawarij will not be happy with Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen رحمه الله because he affirms kufr duna kufr for the one who rules by other than the law of Allah mentioned in the second and third wajhan which the Khawarij do not recognise due their deviated aqeedah. Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه refuted them at the time.

If the rulers violate a law from the Sharia which is established in the land, then he is merely a sinner, but if he removes the Sharia all together, then he has surely committed kufr. Or he permanently replaced the Sharia with the Bible or man made laws or other than that from systems of law in its place ,he has committed kufr. Or he has absolutely refused to rule or judge by the Sharia, then he has committed kufr. Faris is a supporter of the Western nation states arrangements, being good allies with the Taghut, UN and NATO overlords and their subjects in this post Gulf War/ 911 war on Terrorism ( war on Islam)world order.
It's not even all of the shari'ah, it is as small as even one law. If a ruler replaces even one law, that is kufr. That is what all the scholars mentioned on this topic, even Ibn Al-Uthaymin. It is still included in Al-Istibdaal (replacement of the shari'ah of Allah (Ta'allah)). This ayah was revealed about the jews on how they switched the capital punishment Allah revealed for a certain crime with a man-made law. That was not their whole shari'ah, it was just a law, and other narrations say it was concerning 2 capital punishments. However, aside from that, the jews did replace a lot of their shari'ah with other man-made laws. I was saying the ayah was revealed because of just one of the incidents where they replaced the shar'iah revealed to them in the toraat.

@@jth6587 plz go read the fatawa of the 'ulama first, they all agree on the replacement of even one law is kufr. minor kufr is only in the case of if u do not judge by the shari'ah 1 or 2 times, in specific cases (not general judgment), out of your own whims but your belief in the shari'ah is sound and the law of the land is the shari'ah. that's only for the case of judging, like a qadhi (judge). In legislation there's no wiggle room at all,

@@AbdullaHernandez Shaykh Muhamman Ibn Saalih Al 'Uthaymeen clearly outlines with clarity and explanation the types of people when it comes to ruling by other than what Allaah has revealed.
He shows that at times it can be kufr (disbelief), or at times fisq (sin) , or at times (dhulm) opression, all depending on the situation of the person.
It brings to light the truth regarding this matter, and washes away the confusion and deceptions of those who have lied upon the shaykh. Those who take parts of his words and made ruling by other than what Allaah has realvaeld to be absolute kufr (disbelief) based upon their vain desire. They are those who hold onto a splinter of wood trying to stay afloat in the ocean.

Shaykh Al 'Uthaymeen- Kufr Duna Kufr
Shaykh Al 'Uthaymeen rahimahullaah, explains that those afflicted with the fitnah of takfeer, have, based upon their desire, rejected the tafseer of ibn 'abaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) "kufr duna kufr".
But those great scholars of the past such as Ibn Taymiyah and Ibnul Qayyim rahimahumullah whom are more knowledgeable than them have accepted it.

Refutation Point 1:
The Khawarij took the Ayah by its apparent by saying that any action (which are judgments) that are not in line with what Allah revealed would make you a Kafir, hence making Takfeer on major sins, but judging by other than what Allah revealed has different rulings and some can be only sins and some can be major Kufr as Ibn Al Qayyim mentioned, yet the Khawarij blanketed them all as major Kufr. That's what they meant, it doesn't mean it can never take the apparent meaning of major Kufr as Ibn Al Qayyim mentioned and others, it can be major Kufr (the apparent meaning).
Refutation Point 2:
Dhalimun can also mean disbelievers as Allah said "The Kafirun are the Dhalimun" and so can Fasiqun as Allah said "Allah does not love every Fasiq Kafir" and Ibn Uthaymeen mentions what i said in his Al Qawlul Mufeed. However judging by other than what Allah revealed can be only transgression and sinful, it just depends on the context Refutation Point 3: It applies for everyone, no doubt, a teacher teaching and judging by lying to his students work is judging by other than what Allah revealed, but there is specific evidence to prove that type of judging is only sinful as the Kufr in the Ayah says "Al Kafirun" which in Usul Al Fiqh, necessitates Kufr Akbar unless there is specific evidence to lessen it to only sins. In the case of judging by man-made laws generally, there's no specific evidence to lessen this to a major sin.
Refutation Point 4:
Merely implementing man-made laws over the Shari’ah is a proof they see it more better and beneficial in itself
Ibn Uthaymeens latest Fatwa:
“As for the one who implements man-made judgments whilst knowing it’s opposition to the judgment of Allah, this ruler has replaced the Shari’ah, THEREFORE HE’S A KĀFIR because he did not implement such laws EXCEPT that he believes it’s better for the country and the slaves of Allah”
(Al Qawlul Mufeed ‘Ala Kitāb At-Tawheed - 2/160)
He also said:
“Whoever does not judge by what Allah revealed, whilst mocking or belittling it or believing something other than is is better and more beneficial for the creation or is like it, he’s a Kāfir who has left the fold of Islām. FROM THESE ARE THOSE WHO IMPLEMENT MAN-MADE LAWS OPPOSING THE ISLAMIC LAWS, in order for that to be a way of life for the people to go follow. They do not implement such (man-made) systems that contradict the Islamic Shari’ah EXCEPT due to their belief that they’re more better and more beneficial for the creation. This is because it’s known by necessity of intellect and inborn nature that a man does not turn away from one way of life to another that is contrary to it UNLESS he believes it to be more better”

Sālih Al Fawzān:
“The one who removes the Shari’ah and replaces it with man-made laws is a proof that he views the man-made laws as better than the Shari’ah, and whoever views the man-made laws as better than the Shari’ah (by doing this) is a Kāfir”

Sālih Al Fawzān:
“And he (Muhammad Ibn Ibrahīm) ruled this as Kufr Akbar that removes one from the religion altogether, SINCE replacing the Islamic Shari’ah with man-made laws IS AN EVIDENCE that the one who does (this) sees it to be better than the Shari’ah and THERE IS NO DOUBT (AFFIRMATION) THIS IS KUFR AKBAR WHICH EXITS ONE FROM THE FOLD OF ISLĀM AND IS OPPOSITE TO TAWHEED”

Refutation Point 5:
Farris says how can we establish Islam with rainbow monsters around us when Dubai itself (where he lives) legalises LGBT and I seen the rainbow flags there myself in person
Refutation Point 6:
Ibn Abbas' statement of Kufr Duna Kufr (before major Kufr) had nothing to do with judging by man-made laws, the context was a response to the Khawarij who used the Ayah to Takfeer the Sahaba for killing each other at the battle of Siffin, claiming they were not judging by what Allah revealed, so he told them it was Kufr Duna Kufr (the Muslims killing each other). The Kufr Duna Kufr he was speaking about was Muslims killing each other, which is actually Kufr Duna Kufr
Refutation Point 7:
This so called Ijmaa' he is referring to is the one of Ibn 'Abdul Barr, but what he fails to mention is that Ibn 'Abdul Barr mentioned before what type of judging by other than what Allah revealed he was speaking about which was individual judgment and not general state judgment, and he mentioned things like taking interest and lying, which are of course major sins. But what about the other Ijmaa'? Ibn Hazm stated an Ijmaa' of the one who rules by the laws of the (original) Injeel, and he said whoever does this is a Kafir in his Usul Al Ahkaam. And Ibn Taymiyyah also saying whoever replaces a law from the Shari'ah is a Kafir by Ijmaa' in Majmu Al Fatawa. And At-Tabari mentions the Jews replaced the Shari'ah by RULING BY their own man-made laws instead if the Torah in his Tafsir

When a government wants to do something contrary to Quran and Sunnah, they do not say that it (their man made constitution/law) is better than Allah's rule or this sort of speech. They just do it. Give me one ruler who said that his rules and regulations are better than Allah's ruling. You will not find one instance of such speech because it will make unnecessary problems for them. Why do Madkhalis bring these words that if a ruler says that his laws are better than Allah's laws, that particular ruler will become a disbeliever even though such statements are non-existent? It is just to deceive Muslims.
Check the tafsir for {ومن لم يحكمبما انزل الله} in ibn Kathir.

The principle of the intermediate state (al-manzilah bayn al-manzilatayn) dictates that the major sinner (murtakib al-kabīrah) from the Ahl al-Qiblah is not an out-and-out kāfir (in the legal sense of ‘non-Muslim’) due to their ostensibly still affirming Islām, but that they are also not considered worthy of the title of muʾmin due to their disobedience and gross negligence. Thus, as they are in neither state (neither kāfir nor muʾmin), they occupy a position (manzilah) between the two, which can be (and has been) referred to variously as ‘reprobate’ (fāsiq), ‘ingrate’ (kāfir niʿmah), and so forth. However, they are still considered Muslim as far as the sharīʿah is concerned, fighting or killing them is prohibited, their slaughtered meat is partaken of, their marriages are valid, they are given the funerary rites of a Muslim, et cetera.
However, if a Muslim departs this life as a major sinner without having sincerely repented, then, in line with the preceding principles, their final abode is Hellfire, never to depart therefrom, In accordance with the promises and threaths revealed in the Book Of God.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَن يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ ۚ وَمَن يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ فَقَدِ افْتَرَىٰ إِثْمًا عَظِيمًا (48)
ثم أخبر تعالى : أنه ( لا يغفر أن يشرك به ) أي : لا يغفر لعبد لقيه وهو مشرك به ( ويغفر ما دون ذلك ) أي : من الذنوب ( لمن يشاء ) أي : من عباده .
وقد وردت أحاديث متعلقة بهذه الآية الكريمة ، فلنذكر منها ما تيسر :
الحديث الأول : قال الإمام أحمد : حدثنا يزيد ، أخبرنا صدقة بن موسى ، حدثنا أبو عمران الجوني ، عن يزيد بن بابنوس عن عائشة قالت : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : " الدواوين عند الله ثلاثة ; ديوان لا يعبأ الله به شيئا ، وديوان لا يترك الله منه شيئا ، وديوان لا يغفره الله . فأما الديوان الذي لا يغفره الله ، فالشرك بالله ، قال الله عز وجل : ( إنه من يشرك بالله فقد حرم الله عليه الجنة ) [ المائدة : 72 ] وأما الديوان الذي لا يعبأ الله به شيئا ، فظلم العبد نفسه فيما بينه وبين ربه ، من صوم يوم تركه ، أو صلاة تركها ; فإن الله يغفر ذلك ويتجاوز إن شاء . وأما الديوان الذي لا يترك الله منه شيئا ، فظلم العباد بعضهم بعضا ; القصاص لا محالة "
