Courts are run for profit business nothing more. We are a adversarial jurisdiction, a common law jury trial jurisdiction. To have committed a crime you have to have an adversary a legal harm, or loss, injury. Are any of courts constitutional? Full of criminals, thieves and murders. Contempt of court LOL a magistrate or judge finds you in contempt and then sentences you! It is a common law crime and has to be treated and handled the same as a real crime. THEY are in contempt of court not the people, it is supposed to be the peoples court, a public building, NOT a crown building, the crown being a run for profit business. Our judicial system and our constitution have been stolen from us by a bunch of criminals. Its disgusting, full of logical fallacy, circular logic and bullshit. Just another avenue to steal and control. The people are the victim. Grand juries :) they tried to take that from us in the early 30s, but they never did really! Bring our common law system back and stop ruling us with unelected, unaccountable criminals laws and rules, from those within the EU, bankers.
