@@trihardcx6743Good comparison. Both big cats’ roars are resonant across a wide audio spectrum - some of which is “felt” rather than “heard” as such. That’s similar to the sensation you are trying to describe. From my understanding of their similarities and differences, a lion’s roar is actually louder by raw decibels (pun intended), being intended to communicate across the vast distances of African savannah, whereas the frequencies at which the tiger’s roar can be heard has a kind of stunning effect on their intended prey: in other words, the tiger’s roar is so visceral, it literally short-circuits the flight or flight response into a freeze response. Lion Roars louder than tiger because lion's larynx (wind pipe) are longer and set deeper inside than tiger , so the sound comes to be louder and travel more distance For Ex- A bullet shot with Ak47 will travel more distance than a bullet shot with pistol..here same thing.... Remember one thing Only lion Roars Tiger can not roar ... .tiger can make calling & growling sound which we listening right now And tiger is more scary and powerful But tiger weak point is it can not fight more than 5-10 minutes , where as lion can fight around 30minutes..
