- Nsambira Nyuma Nga Njanzi is originally written by JIMMY KIWANUKA and performed by IRENE NAMATOVU, a Ugandan. The song is popular and loved by many across Uganda. This choral piece is arranged by our very own Dr. ELIJAH ADONGO, a seasoned master in Compositions, Arrangements and Voice performance.
The intricacy in melody variation among other composition techniques can be heard as the song unfolds in time.

The soloist, Truphena Melvin, Your Luganda melody with the sound of the Kiganda drums is top classy. Luganda is a tonal and phonetic language but Truphena made it so fluently. Looks like she grew up in Mengo or deep inside Luweero County. ❤❤👏. I love KU thou i went to another Kenyan University. My Uncle got his PHD, and later a Doctor of letters ( D.Lit) in Modernizing Luganda Language ( the first of its kind in Black African Language) at KU where he was also a lecturer. The brotherly opportunity offered to him made KU a friend of Uganda.
