Some car insurance providers won’t cover you to drive until after 6weeks after a section, also you are rocking at this! If you don’t doubt yourself every 30 seconds then you’re not a new parent lol! Remember taking time for you makes sure you’re giving your girl the very best version of yourself and considering babies pick up on body language, tone etc no one wants a stressed mama!! You’re doing amazing!!
Not that you need a stranger from internet to tell you all this but sometime we could all do with hearing it!❤

Going out in natural places can be very helpful to recharge your system and to be in tune with your own nature. It helps also reducing depression, anxiety and relief pain also it can help balancing hormones and get a better sleep ❤
But coffee shop is also a natural place in some occasions ❤😹

I had a baby 8 weeks ago and the first few times I left the house alone he screamed the entire time. Very hard but getting out of the house and back in the real world helped me feel a little more normal! Just remember you are doing a great job!!!

You may want to consider looking into mommy & me classes too. They are a lot of fun. It's a great way to get out of the house, u get quality time w them doing activities they love & u meet other moms going through what u are...u get to have mom convos 😂 Or even letting Issac care for her & have a moms night out dinner. Going to the park for a walk, holding your baby & swing but yes sunshine & fresh air help a lot ❤

Why would you think driving would make your insights come out after a c-section? I had two emergency c-sections I can't dilate. And I did everything I was also a single mom and I raised my kids alone so I didn't lay down and rest and do all that I was moving around constantly up all hours of the day and night with them and yes it was hard after recovering from a c-section . I don't regret it bc I became stronger, recovered quicker and even only had.my staples in for 5 days bc healed so quickly my skin anyways. That didn't need to wait 10 days. But staying at home being a hermit will make you detached from life. Out and about with fresh air and sun. Plus I hate my son's on 2006,& 2010. My ex didn't care or believe in postpartum depression and told me to suck it up. Clearly I left him bc he was a POS and raised my sons alone 90% of their life.

Shit, i just realized that like
If you pulled up to the drivethrough and said that to me we'd have way too long of a conversation 😅
Sounds stressful and relieving all at once.
    🎉 Congrats 😊

I'm a year and four months PP, and I'm still struggling. My boobs haven't dried up so I'm still super hormonal (haven't pumped, since he was six months), I deal with PMDD (Premenstrual Disphoria Disorder. Basically makes you psycho and suicidal, during your ovulation. It's GREAT...), CPTSD, and postpartum depression that NOBODY seems to care or acknowledge. I've literally broke down begging for help, I'm so depressed, and my PTSD has gotten way worse. I basically feel like I'm in fight or flight everyday, and it's stressed my heart so much, I'm actually having a heart procedure this 26th to figure out how much of my heart problems are ptsd and actual heart problems... Every loud bang or noise instantly triggers my fight or flight, and my baby LOVES to clang this copper bin... I'm really struggling. I LOVE my baby, and am SO protective over him, I lose sleep over him, because I'm constantly checking to make sure he's breathing. I'm so glad I have SOOO much help for/with him, but no one is helping me... I've literally been told multiple times to suck it up and deal with it for him, and to NOT mention it to people... It's really hard....

Be careful! Most insurance providers won't cover you post c section until you are formally cleared by your OB 6-8 weeks post op

I haven't driven since before Dec 2nd. I don't have a left hip. I got a bad infection in my left hip replacement and they took it out to put in an antibiotic spacer. So I know how you feel about not driving for a while. 😂😂
