- You're sleeping with me tonight, but you've had a nightmare! I'm going to try to make it better by doing things that I remember from my childhood. There's some light head scratching in here (less is more when you're trying to talk and scratch) and then a countdown to sleep.

All it takes is time, lots of reading and oodles and oodles of stuff in the delete bin (wastepaper basket in my day) - and I get lots of practice in being bad and way off target!
