Once, there was a young couple, Evelyn and James, whose love blossomed during their college years. They dreamed of building a life together, whispering promises under moonlit skies. But life took a sudden turn when Evelyn received a prestigious job offer overseas, one too great to turn down. They tried to make it work across the distance, clinging to each message and video call. But as months passed, their paths diverged. They knew, with aching hearts, that love sometimes isn't enough when dreams pull you in different directions. Their last goodbye was bittersweet-a memory they both cherished and mourned. Thank you Dave! For this beautiful so inspiring masterpiece
Dave, your music is sadly at it's top when you feel lost ! It's a pure piece of nostalgic beauty. Since you left France you look desperate like hell, missing the tenderness, true friendship and brotherhood you found there with Marjo and Nicole. It's so good to feel understood and so good to laugh ! I hurt for you when I hear this music. It's a masterpiece of a prayer, a cry against injustice and absurdity of life, like the obscure desperate cry of a solitary wolf under the moon. You put in music the tragedy of time fading away ! Your talent is as immense as your sufferance facing the unreachable depth of a dark sea. I hurt for you. You are achieving perfection, but I wish you didn't have such an heavy emotional price to pay. Cheers Dave. I pray for your return to France and seeing again the brightness of a smile on your childish face. But thank you anyway for such strong emotions through your playing. Hugs Bro.
That volume swelling/crying sound you start making at 1:46 is honestly one of the most interesting/beautiful things I've heard on a electric guitar. Fantastic dude!
Dave, Your Playing takes Me away. Taking me into Melodie and Feelings that Dance like Sparks in the Wind. You are Amazing and getting to have You bring Your Lavishing Guitar playing into are ears is a Gift from the Heavens. You Rock Brother. You are the Star that twinkles in the Night Sky and all the other Stars see You and Cheer with there Light waves that tell the Story of Your Magic all across the Night Sky!!! God Bless You Dave and All Your Family. You are My Favorite Guitar Player of all Time.
That track was insanely beautiful Dave, the room to breathe, the way how the space was used was very intense to say the least. Your ability g Sir has risen from.just ground level, you deserve to be playing stadiums with the likes of G3 my friend. Loved every moment of this performance, just sublime
I used to hate strats coz of that volume knob, back when I was 13 and all I played was palm-mutey chuggy chuggy clusterfuckey type of stuff. Now as an older dude I can't imagine playing a strat without it. Great stuff as always, man. So much expression on here.
Bloody hell Dave,Sunday morning you started my day off with that amazing track and now here we are Sunday evening with another great track...YOU TUBERS WE ARE SPOILED
Dave That was a TSUNAMI of playing , all quiet, animals move inland and birds lift of the water then waves start building then all fu**ing hell breaks loose when the big one comes in ,then after that calmness returns . thankyou .
Dave, I visit the channel daily and often leave a couple of quick words of thanks. No log winded paragraphs anymore, just recognition that your an inspiration to me and many others. Thanks 🙏🏻🇦🇺
That is a bond indeed, you and the Oswald Strat, a match made in heaven! What is it about aged sunburst Strats that make us fall in love with them so? I held my Telecaster up as my most cherished instrument for over 20 years, then found a beaten up, and not too well-loved Strat, and it was everything I always thought was passe about guitars - tobacco sunburst, Stratocaster-shaped, three pickups???? (what are the other two for???) and no tone control on the bridge. It was not love at first sight, but as soon as I played her, then, boy the bond is real, and let no one talk you out of believing that! I can hear how bonded you are to that Strat, it is making the hairs on the back of my neck quiver, and now am going to have to have a cuddle from my own six-string goddess (cuddling guitars is not strange, it is how they work - you cuddle them, they play you music, simple!) Have a great week Dave, and thanks again for the shivers.
Sounds even better now than when it first arrived. The love you have put into it has allowed you to find the deepest depths of sound hidden within the guitar and bring them out for us all to marvel at. This is musical alchemy and magic at it's finest.
The heavenly Angels scream with passion as the prodigal Phoenix once again discovers home. Go Forth and prepare the ultimate feast, music only now finds it's natural beats, universal harmony has heard their song again. Go in peace my brother, go in peace my musical friend.
Great to know those Sheep are in safe hands! There aren’t many Stratsters in the world who can play with as much passion as you Dave. Keep those Sheep busy 🐑🐑🐑
Your amazing dave...I've been in a rut lately my playing has stagnated and I'm not getting out of it...might be because your so damn good I cant emulate it.lol..but I'll get there. This sounds like John Fruscante meets Buckethead. Loved it.
Dave, I can say with the utmost confidence that you are playing on a much higher level of late. In another league. I mean it.
