Great video and thanks. Couple of rules queries and suggested correction. First is query, I can’t find where you get -1 die for shooting through cover. On the correction, if you want to aim high or low you must test before you shoot as a calamity will not let you shoot. Also if you have damaged running gear you always take lowest die for Scoot
Hi mate, thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed comment, we are all still learning! I will have a look and find you the page number for the -1 dice through cover. We were doing the test for aiming high/low, thus my choice of vet gunners! I had totally missed that lowest dice for scoot when you've damaged running gear, makes perfect sense, cheers!
I don’t believe there is a -1 die mod for shooting through cover. I’m guessing this was maybe assumed since it is so common in most wargames to have cover either negatively affect shots or improve saves.
@@scholaprogenium7276 I feel like this game is both very easy to pick up and yet has a lot of little oddities to keep track of (e.g. the list of what rolls do and don’t have calamities). I’ve been enjoying all the Achtung Panzer videos so hope you keep rolling them out! I think everyone is still in the learning phases of this game so these help.

@@vancemag I swear I read that rule somewhere, I've checked and can only see dice reductions for smoke and movement so far! Mind blown!

Are you running that hedge as Bocage or as simple linear terrain? At 20:41 or so you had an AT gun fire through Bocage, which block LoS
There is a gap in the fence along the edge, we point out that we are not counting that as part of the bocage.
