Hey there, no you cannot. You will need the PRL HVI to use this mod, there may be other options out there as well, but they mention the intake requirement on their website.
Yes it does, you can definitely hear it. It's deeper and louder when you get on it, and much louder turbo spool & blow-off/pshh sound when switching gears. (video audio doesn't do it justice, much better in person)

Can you use the stock air box ? I don’t want to get the hvi kit just want to use the stock air box with the turbo inlet

Hey there, you do not need a tune to run this mod, but it is recommended to get the maximum gains from it.
