You will have to go to your webex account, settings.webex.com, login and add a new device, in case you would like to register it in personal mode or login to admin.webex.com for shared mode. Both works very well! Hope you do have a webex account!?

Can you still use this device without using the webex? Like can I use it as a monitor only?
I have like this and using as a monitor from the laptop
