Chord shapes used are C#maj, G#maj11, G#7#5,E6 9,Ebm7, G#m7, C#m7, Ebm7, E#maj11... but the guitar in this case isn't in standard tuning it's been tuned down a key.
i don't know how gabe does it, but he always already grabs you by starting the song so uniquely.
Then he grabs you even deeper when you hear him sing and play guitar so beautifully.
