The fact that jaggery and pure honey don't go through so called refining process where good nutrients are removed and synthetic stuff is added itself makes things clear. Very well said only reducing sugar intake and using jaggery wen needed is the best way through. My parent used to consume more jaggery as u said .
This goes for all of your videos. First of all, thank you for making this simple. At 38 years old, I don’t remember anyone explaining this information so simple. I finally understand! Second, I HIGHLY appreciate you always explaining your abbreviations. Instead of saying stuff like GI and expecting everyone to know what that is, you actually tell us. Thank you! I liked and subscribed.
Very, very well made video. I myself have been struggling with sugar addiction and have come to the conclusion that training your taste buds is the only reliable technique.
We want Whole Truth Honey now without any adulteration love your products and the the concept of your startup♥️♥️ Plz keep adding more products to your company.
Well, sir, you have forgotten to mention Palm Jaggery (Karupatti in Tamil Nadu), which has a GI of just 35, the lowest among all you mentioned. It is widely produced in the South, especially in Tamil Nadu. It's also packed with nutrients similar to cane sugar jaggery. I use it every day in syrup form. I guess it's the best option among all for daily consumption in moderation. Dates, on average, have a GI higher than 40, so I suggest you use Palm Jaggery in all your products to make them even healthier and, of course, tastier. It would also provide an income to the farmers who put in very hard work to produce Palm Jaggery from palm trees.
Best video in UA-cam by listening to this video to my sister she stop eating sweets and she thinks the the material which starts with brown is healthy thank you sir for this video I will share with my family
Jaggery has the worst glycemic index though meaning it can spike your glucose through the roof. I have always wanted a sugar that boosts my immune system (my priority) and keeps my glycemic index less than 100 and keeps my blood pressure at a steady level. So what I take is inulin or xilitol as sweetners.
Highly informative video with lucid explanation. Kudos to your clarity on the subject. Can you please make myth busting video on other brown stuff considered as healthy like brown rice and brown bread. TIA
I have watched many videos around these topics. Watch yours today for the first time. Simple, plain & really informative... Good going!! Best of luck to you all for your company!! 👍
The video is quite interesting and helpful. Please try to put on a video that defines the actual merits of consuming “Complex Carbohydrates”. Is it a myth or the truth produced by the marketeers.
You are the best sir and your company's is going a great job. I'm now gong to share this wonderful piece of information through your video with everyone I know😇. Just keep doing it! God's with you💛💛😘
sir, i can see your channel hitting millions in some time, if people have time to look at such an informative video than to just scroll on insta reels, loved all your watched videos, and decided to watch all today 😋🙏
Amazing informative , Sir you have explained us very well . Now I have something to tell my moral education teacher that brown sugar is same as white sugar and it should not be use in hawan kind
Dates have low Glycemic Index, contain fiber and are rich in micronutrients such as magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc. They go through minimal processing before they are used in our product, whereas sugar and jaggery are far more refined, contain very low fiber, and have a higher Glycemic index. This is the sole reason why we use dates as a sweetener in most of our products. Hope this helps :)
Recent honey scandal preventing me from buying any honey from the market. You just can't believe any company nowadays. It's better refrain from eating any sorts of sweeteners.
The molases has a lot of more natural substances in it which packs a lot of nutrients like vitamins and minerals which make all the difference. All the difference in the world. Now, that might not help a person who has uncontrollable diabetes but it does help normal people not get that pure concentrated sugar into their system, which makes all the difference.
Greetings sir, Venugopal from Kerala, we are a small startup with sugarcane products and can we recommend the video to our customers for a better understanding of the comparisons.Hope to hear from you, sincerely, venu
Diligent effort. Really appreciate your cause. Also make videos in Hindi. Your channel will boom boom. The world is targeting India, Why are you missing out? 🙏

Jaggery is also contaminated with too many chemicals.. that's is the reason most of the store bought jaggery is salty
Wow I agree with your words what u about to say excellent answer I also choose jaggery
Great video 💯
Since you are using dates as a sweetener in all of your products so please make a comparison video on jaggery vs dates..

is stevia is a healthier choice than taking refined sugar, and low calorie sweeteners like the popular brand "sugar free"?
Hey, we have a detailed video that covers artificial sweeteners and stevia. You can check it out here ua-cam.com/video/iPN2fYEC1UQ/v-deo.html
