I lost money when Lakshmi Vilas Bank shares were delisted by GOI and Bank handed over to a Foreign Bank, in 2020.

And one of the options was "Ghar ka Khana" which made no sense at all. I publicly commented the same. I think the channel also agreed with me and again asked same question but this time the option did not contain " Ghar ka Khana". @@adityajha8701 I totally love "Ghar ka Khana" and would prefer it any day over outside food. However, if the question is as simple as "Which delivery App do you prefer?" I feel that it should contain options only the Delivery Apps. The question does not ask "our food preferences", but only asks "our App preference for ordering food". Hope I made sense now. 🙏 Peace.

Equity is most risky asset class when a company is AUCTIONED in NCLT there must be 100% write off of Share Capital.
Even in case of Yes bank the Shares were not written off but the A2 Bonds were written off which is not fair..
Equity must be completely written off before giving even 1% haircut to the Debt holder..
Sir I totally understand what you are saying. And I agree with you too. But if you look at the company's point of view, you may see a different picture. Equity holders are comparatively less loyal to the company than Bonds holder or Creditors
Same thing happened with Sintex recently. It will get delisted and retail investors will suffer.

I also had this share during delisting after relisting I was very angry 😡 but then I thought I wont sell it. Then it kept on upper circuit as most retail holders would be in loss after listing and wont sell and hence the price kept on going upwards of 1500

Okay so adani was not qualified under Sec29A , but how come the resolution professional did not notice this at the time of admission of res plan from adani and COC at the time of approval ?
Itne sare rule hai ki advocates ko bhi nahi pata ki kab kaun sa rule apply karna hai. Jab 2-3 saal baad koi case us particular case me aata hai to advocate, even judges ko bhi nahi yaad rahta, ki karna kya hai, fir court 1 month baad ki date deti hai, aur ye sab judge, lawyer mil kar case nahi, law book ko yaad karne lagte hai, fir se bhool jane k liye. We need Artificial Intelligence in judiciary. I can't trust these short term memory advocates and biased judges.
