Digging in forgotten bay is much more rewarding than digging in other home stations, in my opinion. You get silver, more xp, more collection items and much more energy and you can dig on every building, even on buildings that are under construction. So i recommend, for low lvls, to complete rocky coast as soon as possible and dig in forgotten bay after completion. Btw, 18:16 those ponds in Indigo (also in Scalp and Khanbulat, before you turn them into settlement) can be destroyed with dynamites same with rocks in Winds Song, so you can get nice clean land for buildings or fruit farm.

Yes, by default, the maximum energy is 44, but you can use different strategies mentioned in the video to increase the maximum level of energy

You can use any of the strategies mentioned in the video because some of them can be used at lower stage. Try to get as many bakeries as possible

Yes, you can make lot of energy items in the bakery. I used to make raspberry chimes which gives 40 energy but you can make other items as well
once you open Scalp you'll be able to make +10 and +15 energy etc.
