I use the Dior EDT regularly and the Elixir…Beautiful fragrances and seem to get noticed,going by compliments I receive from time to time….And who doesn’t love a compliment..!! It’s a great way of judging if the fragrance is working for me .
Also ,on your recommendation, I’ve added Bleu edp and parfum to my little collection..They are absolutely beautiful and also garner some comments,so 🙏

Can't go wrong with either. Modern classics. I do prefer the EDP's of both. I find them smoother/less sharp and more pleasing.
100% AGREE! I have owned both and Sauvage is way more wearable and fresher. Definitley performs better and projects like crazy. Lasts long too. The one downside of Bleu de Chanel (eau de Parfum) like many other chanel fragrances, is that after a couple years it will smell rotten and go bad. I didnt wear is as much because it seems to be fancier and for more special occasions, plus it didnt project that well like Monika said. You have to be very close to smell it. I ended up throwing my 50% full bottle away because it spoiled. I always kept it in room temp or cooler and it just started smelling rotten after a while. This happened with Allure as well. No more Chanel fragrances for me. Sauvage is hard to beat. Sauvage Elixir is amazing too but does not project or perform as good as Sauvage EDT. Although Elixer is more concentrated and stronger up close to my skin, it doesnt peform as well. I always go back to Sauvage EDT, its simply much more balanced and versatile. Beast mode projection and longevity and its a smell that you just want to keep smelling and never get tired of. Extremley pleasant and enjoyable. I have yet to try the Parfum version but based on reviews, the EDT is the one to get, and so far I agree.

I absolutely love Sauvage EDP/Parfum. The pepper makes it so much more masculine than BDC. Don’t care about the popularity it simply smells fantastic

Dior Elixir - scent is over hype but excellent longevity

Btw, there are some great look-a-likes from sauvage. With a close to no-noticeable odor patterns for 20 bucks 200ml parfum... i mean who doesn't want to skip the brandname-price for the same outcome :)

Once my bottle of Sauvage EDP runs out i think i will go for the Parfum. To me the two smell rather similar.
I have either tried or owned Both Dior Sauvage & BDC including all flankers & variations at some point & I have to say my favourite is BDC EDP HOWEVER and this is a VERY important point I have to stress. Make sure you purchase it from either duirectly from the brand itself or make sure you purchase it from a Reputable source. For example being from the UK I always but from JL if in person or if online I only use a few websites I know for a fact are reputable.
I state this because I firmly believe a lot of people are getting fake's and being extremely dissatisfied & then never using that fragrance again!

Not gonna lie. It's been a while since I gave any sniffs to the big blues. I've been meaning to pop by the store and give them another whirl to see if I acquired the taste yet.
To me sauvage edp smells lowkey soapy
But chanel edp smells nicer however the projection is not the best which i prefer

A few years ago I had heard the hype on blue de channel and I smelt it at the department store and it wasn’t for me. I bought Dior instead. I might like it now if I went back to smell it. I started out liking men’s fragrances more than women’s. But now trying to go for more feminine fragrances, but I think the niche ones smells way better than designer. In my opinion. If you gave me Bleu De Chanel EDT's scent with Dior Sauvage's EDT longevity, I don't think I'd wear any other fragrance. I wear Dior Sauvage more in the evening or at large social gatherings, because I think Bleu De Chanel EDT just dies out in those situations

Personally Bleu De Chanel and this comes from a guy who loves Sauvage edt and elixir for the masterieces that they are. EDP and parfum sauvage i think are even more youthful and childish and i dont like em as much.

It's Chanel for me all day and not even a close contest. Never been a fan of Dior S, but can bathe in Bleu (EDP is my favorite from their lineup)

I prefer Bleu De Chanel EDT, than Dior Sauvage EDT, because it smells more elegant, more expensive and has more class. Dior Sauvage is for young guys who want to be more elegant or for older guys who want to be filthy like J. Depp 🤣 I must admit one thing for Dior - this fragrance has much better parameters for user, especially bigger projection and that's why people prefer Sauvage.

I've surprised a few people with my what's left of original bottle when sauvage came out , half full one from 2018 amd all most full one from 2022.old original one has a bright metallic citrus top, last many hours and smells high quality.2018 is pure pepper and no bright top..last few hours .2022 brings back the top but oils smells low quality and after a hour its a skin sent.. Some $10.00 dollar store cologne smell as good and last longer .sad they ruint it for greed / $$ and to push flankers of the original. Marketing is not so smart.. If they would bring back the true original, call it extreme , or , well original or whatever and use the original recipe to a tee I bet sales would be out of this world.
I wish I enjoyed Sauvage - I got given the EDP for a present - it just smells so basic to me. Kind of what I'd expect a 20 year old to wear.

this is such an outdated and redundant " vs" considering the existence of all the other flankers which are a thousand times superior to the edts at each and every aspect,THE EDTS are the weakest, worst, predictable, cringy and most generic smelling concentrations from both lines and i own all of them, top 3 from both lines for me are:
1. bleu de chanel PARFUM
2. Dior Sauvage PARFUM
3. dior Sauvage elixir
theres no point of buying sauvage edt or bdc edt, they both smell outdated as hell, basic, showergelish in the most annoying, tryhard, 16 year old way, i feel sorry for those who cant afford the better concentrations, because they are the best.

BDC is a lot better, I tried to give sauvage away and they wouldn't have it.
