Thank God I'm healing my mind and body, coming out of a mixed anxiety disorder. The doctors said that the only help was to go to a psychiatrist. But for God nothing is impossible ❤️❤️❤️

Yo estaba pasando por mucha ansiedad, y no te voy a mentir que ya no la tengo, pero mucho mas controlada, hace como un mes me parecia que la garganta se me cerraba y no podia dormir, tenia miedo de ahogarme, me costaba tragar, unas amigas me recomendaron hacer el ejercicio del perdon, lo hice con una persona en especial pero todavia me falta perdonarme a mi misma, sabes que increiblemente no volvi a sentir mas eso en mi garganta, y ahora que miro este video lo relaciono, otra cosa que hago es orar cuando me despierto o a cualquier hora cuando comienzo a sentir ansiedad, tambien miro esta clase de videos, especialmente de este pastor que es muy positivo, y por la misma ansiedad tiendo a ser muy negativa, yo voy a pedir vos tambien para que te muestre donde esta la raiz de eso que sentis

You are going through this struggle right now to make you stronger. Look at the positive of the situation and give what you can't control to God. You will come out of this stronger 💪 and this will be your best testimony to speak on to others who may be going through the same things. This to shall pass my friend. Believe every day that God will take you out of the situation. It might not be at the time you want him too but he will in divine timing, you beautiful soul. Pray with gratitude every day and just Believe in what you are praying for. Remember, we're not perfect, but we are perfectly made in God's eye's. The meetings are only 1.00 and there are many kind and helpful people there to talk to.

Truly a mindset to live by before you are destroyed completely by toxic people or disease. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and played/took piano lessons for 17 years (started playing at age 4)and all of my beautiful talent was in my fingers and hands with art and music. I can not or honestly am scared to play the piano it breaks my heart I can not play as I once could. I was extremely talented it was a give from God I do not take lightly as well as my artistic ability I have lost. I will get the courage again one day to play again just not interested at this present time. I have had to bring forth my other talents to live happily which is a tremendous struggle with it is so frustrating doing activities of daily living. I am still trying I will not give up I had many wonderful teachers mainly my so precious mother and father were true warriors of life. My physical voice now is leaving me. Meaning the RA is making it difficult for me to speak aloud. That is EXTREMELY difficult ppl don’t want to be patient and listen. I can see the frustration on their face or are quick to cut me off on the phone like I’m an elderly lady that is stupid. My eyesight and hearing is still great. I feel like an old cow out in the pasture but I’m still BEAUTIFUL 😂😂😂. I’ll be 50 this year but honestly I look better than most my age because I have taken care of myself in my prior life. (Not to sound conceited) I’m trying daily sometimes mostly moment by moment. Pain mental and physical will break you if you let it but we have to rise above the boulders or ppl that try to drag us down or cripple us. I am learning and defeating this disease I have God and listen and watch you daily. Thank you!!! I love you and my daddy watched you as he lived his 20 year battle with cancer and well as my mom with her 22 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. I look forward to all of your uplifting sermons and life lessons to remove the toxic destructive ppl in our lives and put our soul first because if we can’t move forward and love ourselves we can’t love anymore anything ❤️🌹. I was a loving and devoted Registered Nurse before this Rheumatoid Arthritis even though I don’t have my patients to love and care for I have myself I have to love myself with the utmost compassion I gave to my precious patients. I like everyone, with a heart and soul am healing in other ways. You are helping me tremendously!!! Thank you for your precious self and Precious Victoria!!! I continue to watch and listen and am taking many mental notes ALWAYS! I wish happiness and healthfulness in your lives daily and in your full lives!! God Bless You and your family!! It’s amazing how insightful Joel is. He prays to God for wisdom. There’s no doubt in my mind that a betrayal caused me to get cancer. Faith got rid of the cancer. Now I need to get rid of all the negative, depressing, angry, ruminating thoughts to set me free from exhaustion, lack of strength, abdominal cramps, lack of self worth lack of trust, suspicion and slowness in achieving my goals and I realise I need God’s help to change myself and my thoughts and behaviour, and think His way to make a full recovery and do good in this world.
