Больше всего мне понравились тут Илья, Юма, Лукас Бричги, если говорить про две программы, у Адама только произвольная здесь впечатлила, над стабильностью ему еще работать надо, у Шомы, наоборот, короткая. Сочувствую Бояну. Не знаю, в чем причина плохих прокатов его на ЧМ.
I love Shoma style he’s very elegant, and Yuma is getting there, Carolina is been such a good influence in his artistry, he will be Japón next champion and a clear contender for the world title
I can see Kagiyama has improved his style...but... What I don't like in figure skating today is evident throughout this program: 1. The substitution of excessive arm, head and shoulder movements as choreography in place of interesting field moves and the use of gesture and arm position as a musically meaningful accent. The combination of the latter two things are necessary to the creation of strong line and position which is the backbone of a program's visual structure. The only time when rapidly changing gestures is vital is during spin combinations where changes in arm and leg position creates interesting and beautiful shapes that are as thrilling as any jump if not moreseo. 2. Variety of spins but a lack of good quality and speed in spins. Lots of pancakes and doughnuts and A spins, sit spins with weak positions and not much speed. 2. Some element of knee slide, which by the way is not actual skating as it is not done on the blades. 3. The use of songs and/or static mood music in which there are no dramatic moments or crescendos which means: A. There is no choreographic impact or intention when it comes to jumps; they occur randomly and not at significant musical moments...occasionally footwork has some relationship to the internal beat but not often B. Programs don't tell a story or contain a dramatic shape or arc....a song merely repeats itself until it stops. C. There is no timing in skating anymore (often related to music/sometimes to bad choreography). And to me this is huge as it has both a technical and stylistic importance and the wow factor. When you have a jump planned at a key moment in the music...for instance Scott Davis in his West Side Story program, timed his first jump with a dramatic crescendo, which when landed right on the beat is just thrilling. If you are not on time with the music at any one of these kinds of moments, or you fall there is a big element of risk. A big reward if you nail it, a big letdown if you miss. 4. An overall lack of speed. Slow jump passes, painfully slow with guys like Malinin. Quads done at slow speeds is like a low speed chase in Fast and Furious film. Where is the thrill? Kagiyama and Ono are about the speediest guys these day. Slow looping footwork, seldom if ever paired with a beat...as many of the musical choices have no real pulse...gone are the high speed end to end straight line footwork sequences that used to be so exciting and have such choreographic impact. We can't waste time with risky field moves and fast footwork or spins that take a lot of energy....we have to save all our energy so we can include 4 or 5 quads in our programs.
