US gave up a prisoner (Viktor Bout) who already did more than half of his prison sentence. In return, Russia gave up Brittney Griner who merely spent a couple of nights in prison instead of the original 10 yrs that could have ended her career in basketball over few ounces of a doctor's prescribed cannabis oil.
