      @@vickip4111 of course the racket can also play a bigger role. but just because it works for him doesn't automatically mean that the v-core is the better racket in general.

    There's absolutely no way. When you went to v13, I said to myself "it is the best looking, the most stylish raquet ever existed with no competition whatsoever" and in 5 seconds you literally said it yourself. So nice to hear, especially holding this raquet in my hands (ye I might be a psycho fan). Anyways, big love Grisha и удачи ^^

    Tommy Paul switched to Yonex Vcore 98 when he travelled to Aus Open 2023, so 1.5 year ago. He did bring his old blades in case he was not feeling the Vcores 100%. He reached the semifinal of Aus Open 2023 and stuck with the Vcore ever since!

    Legendary racquets tend to be directly connected to the success of the player who is endorsed to use it. The rest is the performance of the racquet itself .
    The Dunlop 200 series based on the 200g , you can say is a legendary racquet . Mcenroe made it legendary with his success , like other players today with theirs . The 200 series as a continuation from the classic max ply where the X in cx would have derived from , continues the legend .
    Legendary ages realy split and began a new with the advent of carbin vs wood and even aluminum . This split was truly a generational split which changed tennis history forever , in which you are a beneficiary of .
    A list of legendary players with racquet lineages that continue into today in performance , would be a better list to be made . Endorcements really sway any list and therfore , it is not objective.
    This is a commercial chicken and egg thing . Players use racquets that they see the pros use with success, yet that pro may not be using that racquet and the racquet sells and poss making it legendary .
    Perhaps legendary endorcements would be a better category . Was the pure drive legendary when it was a pro kennix mold ?

    Rafa origin is way too heavy for 99% of players. They have a regular weight of the same model and it's amazing. I'm guessing you never played with the Solinco Whiteout 18x20? Or Solinco's Blackout xtd 28? Both are absolutely incredible and I expect a lot of pros to be using them soon (mostly from those who start with it in highschool or college as they are brand new to the market)

    Lol...
    Where to begin? This is not a tier list, it´s an ad.
    "Blade is no GOAT yet." Serena is not a GOAT, right? Yeah, damn right.
    Ezone is the one racquet that Andy Murray pulled an incredible move with. Osaka plays it as well, but women apparently can´t make it into a GOAT list, right?
    Ultra V3 was only added to have something for the poop category (where the PD actually belongs as well).
    Tecnifibre is not only spelled wrong, but it has no right to enter the "Legendary Rackets" list at all. There is nothing legendary about it, nothing at all.
    Prince belongs there. They had champions to their name, at least two were / are legends: Chang won RG after his legendary match against Lendl - and Iga won her first RG with a Prince racquet - before TF bought her out. And they had to buy it instead of getting money for playing it - Prince racquets are obviously THAT good!

      @MA-rq6ie 3 місяці тому +1

      @@Nessaj87 i see it now, saw his post before that latest that he was using VS but I now saw that he moved on to 98. Nevertheless, he is still using a stock model, of the shelf. And playing amazingly with it. Just goes to show that speed is just as important as mass in the equation Force=mass x acceleration. His racquet is about 50-60g lighter then the big 3s but his speed of racquet head seems to be so much faster, making up for the easier SW.
