"Honey, do you know why there's orange paint on my bumper?" LOL. Nice job with a nice machine. Not sure how a rear plow would work in a 12-18" storm but handle this stuff with no issue.
No problem liking Subscribing and obviously commenting. When I bought my new Kubota BX I made a promise to my wife that I would never drive it with the ROPS down and I would never drive it without putting my seatbelt on and in 2 years I have never broken that promise. I do this every time no matter how long or short the drive is because my wonderful Uncle was killed when his tractor flipped over crushing him and destroying our Hearts.
Nope that's not the wifes car. The college-age student bought a new one and left it sit there for me to deal with he said give it to my younger son who is 12. The thing needs brakes and rotors. So I got about three and a half years to figure it out LOL
See you have an ATV in the garage as well. If a persons main purpose for either a BX or ATV was driveway snow removal, on a 700 foot driveway, would you prefer the quad, or the tractor? I do have a fairly steep grade, I'm guessing 20% give or take a bit, that would have to be plowed up hill because the house is right at the bottom. Also, it's a gravel driveway. The quad would see little use otherwise, where as a Kubota, I could probably find, or make up, a million uses for, Lol!
@@danpinkner4225 Think I'm going to take your advice, and go Kubota. Gonna have to go push box or plow though. I'm on 3 acres, but the way the lots were divided up, the adjacent road allowances, and where my house and garage are built in relation to my driveway, pushing and stacking snow is easier, and more desirable than trying to blow it. Thanks for your advice. You, and many other UA-camrs have me on the right path I feel.
Good video. How well does this setup work in 12+ inches of snow? Looking at the Kubota specs your tractor has 8.4 inches of ground clearance so I'm wondering how well it does in snow deeper than that.
@@ralphross2357 Yeah... but it's totally fine for a city plow to come along and push a 3-foot mound of snow across the end of my driveway and block in my car. Seems about right.

That car bumper will never be the same.
I’m in SE Wisconsin. I just picked up a B2601 and I plan on using my 6’ rear blade for snow removal. I subbed.....
Nice it works great for me..
Funny how these snow clearing videos get so many views. 👍
Keep up the good work!
Nice! The Kubota did a nice job! have a good one!
I like the three-point hydraulics piston set up.
It was a cheap $100 add-on
if you have rear remotes on your machine.
Thanks for watching don't forget to check out so my other videos

You picked the perfect camera position and angle!
Thanks please enjoy my other videos
Perhaps it's a matter of getting used to it but it seems cumbersome to have the blade in the rear where you can't really see
Hi I like the rear attachment blade Was the black rubber an addition? If so where did you procure it ?
No it's just a replaceable steel wear blade from the factory
Fun Dan! Hope to join you again soon.
Thanks bud..
You get your damn tractor back yet?
Nice blade and bucket work, but go easy next to the car don't want to take a bumper off. LOL Hope it's not the wife's.

Get the Kubota tractor and a snowblower attachment.
In my opinion that would be the right tool for the right job and don't forget tire chains.

Did you notice the loader on the front? There's your answer to how it handles 12 inches of snow
I like your top link for the rear blade. How much are the rear remotes if I may ask?
600ish
Great job I will have to remember to drag it into street an spread it out.
Thanks Tim. After it's on the road it's the town's problem LOL
That is not legal to put on the road. Hope you don't cause a accident.
Good point Ralph I'll hold it back six feet so it's all at the end of my driveway and then scrape it to the side

Great cold start, first one of the day?
Yes first one of the day thanks for watching
From I can see you need a longer blade probably add 4 feet
What length blade is that 5 or 6 ft

He hit the car.
@3:13 you plowed the car, nothing a little compound couldn't take off.
Damn near clipped the tail light of the car with the bucket at the beginning.
How wide is your blade. Thanks mate 👍
