    You have a very logical method of teaching. Alhamdulillah. Not many people have thought of explaining these minor but confusing points. Such as the criterion, and why ta marbuta is pronounced differently!

    I was looking for some easy way to learn Arabic to better understand the language and to be able to speak. Since I saw your one of the learning Arabic video series. I went back to video 1 watching and tryng to learn. I like the way you deal with the words and have understanding and more of all the way you teach.
    Subscribed and learning.
    JazakAllah

    Why Salah is feminine? why not masculine? Why feminine ta is being added with it? What is the logic behind it?

    • @SiratAlMustaqeem
      @SiratAlMustaqeem  3 роки тому +1

      In Arabic, masculine and male is different things..
      Feminine and female is different things..
      You are thinking like if salah is feminine, then it would be having some female related stuff... It's not.
      In Arabic... Everything is masculine and feminine.... Salah is feminine because it's spelling is like that.. any ism that ends with Ta-marbut will be considered feminine. That's the rule.
      ----
      If you know any language other than English - like Urdu or Hindi - these languages too,
      Hawa chal rahi hai → Hawa (air) is feminine.
      Chaand dikh raha hai → Chand (moon) is masculine.
