100%, but looks like we’re seeing prices start to go in the opposite direction. I’d imagine when oil prices and other commodities start to fall in a post - Russia/Ukraine war we could see lumber stabilize. Depending on location, it’s gotta be super expensive to transport the wood

As with a lot of predictors, you're greatly underestimating the cost of lumber right now.
