Please reply ❤️ waiting
It is great. Tale us, what is your secrat to get breed. Here, I had tryed time and again, but I failed measurably getting breed. Please share your secrat.

Hello bro my strawberry male on molting but 2 month passed but his condition not return to real look like female
Hello my friend this is normal male strawberries moult out of their red breeding plumage and turn the same color as the female. He will get his color again next year for the breeding season.
@@paradiseaviary thanks my friend
your welcome my friend glad to help out
I have not see any strawberry finches in England for many years, its very sad there could be none here now. Jeffrey Trollope a great aviculturalist says in his book called, Seed Eating Birds, Published 1992 in the UK by Blandford. That if strawberry finches don't get much natural day light they lose there color, & shows photos of both full color adults with the red dots & adults that have been kept in electric light, which have black feathers all over. If you have an email, I could send pictures of the publication.
Hi John Goose such a shame to hear that species has disapeared from England. We have had a lot of species disapear from here aswell and so many are hard to find at the moment! I would love to see that article my email is paradiseaviary09@gmail.com
Ive heard of similar things happening to other species of finches like the orange breasted waxbill. The ones I would keep indoors would develope a dark orange that sometimes became black in color specially in young chicks that moulted to adult plumage without ever getting natural sunlight. While the omes outdoor always maintained their natural orange/yellow color.
My strawberry finch kills all her baby even if only I change their water or food... mother eats her babies everytime. Pair is not stopping giving multiple cluches. Any guidance ? 😥
@Aayushi Singh im so sorry to hear this, sounds like they dont feel secure and are tossing the chicks. This could be because they dont have enough protein intake or privacy. What size cage do you breed them in? and what source of food do you offer when the chicks hatch ?
@@paradiseaviary it's a 24×22.5 inch cage, they usually don't eat anything else besides their one seeds. I have provided them dried mealworms egg food clutterbone and essential oil. Half cage was always covered for privacy. I think it could be that mother still don't feel secure. I have observed all birds have different personalities like us humans. 😥
yes they are all different ive always said that no two birds are alike. While some may be willing to breed others will not. Try yo put them in a bigger cage if possible if not try to cover more of the cage so they feel more secure. Also start feeding sprouted seeds a few days before the chicks hatch to see if this stimulates them to feed. Sometimes its hard to adapt birfs to eat something other than their seeds but you need to get them used to these foods so they can feed their chicks.
@@paradiseaviary thanks, surely I will try these tips. 😊👏🏻
@Aayushi Singh your welcome and good luck with them hopefully youll have some babies again soon 🙂
Why some red avadavat male are red while others are like females?
Can you deliver finches to india 🤝
I wish I could my friend but no only here in the U.S
