Stop hating on this guy...most people watching this will have some understanding of an engines workings...take what you need and leave the rest, but don't hate someone for taking their time to show what they are doing....
Never use grease it will inhibit your ability to feel if something is binding up after your get your on i just use 10w40 engine oil. other then they good work.

i never use grease on barrings it will inhibit the ability when you hand spin it for binding up. just use 10w40 oil or oil assembly lube

If you mean between the bearing and the block, then no I do not lube them.

It's not grease, it's engine assembly lube.
